    **Complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB)**Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against S&J Crown Management. My experience with this management group has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Below are the key issues I have encountered during my time as a tenant:1. **Unprofessional Management**: The management group operates in an unprofessional manner. They employ sketchy realtors who provide unreliable and often inaccurate listings of available apartments. This has made the rental process confusing and unnecessarily stressful.2. **Poor **************************** is slow to respond to inquiries and concerns, and when they do respond, they fail to address complaints effectively. As a tenant, it is extremely frustrating to feel ignored or unheard when issues arise.3. **Outdated Apartments**: The condition of the apartments is not as advertised. Many of the units are outdated and in need of significant maintenance or upgrades. This falls far short of the standards that were promised at the time of leasing.4. **Unreliable Amenities**: Although the company claims to offer amenities, they are often poorly maintained or entirely unavailable to tenants. This false advertising of amenities has been a major source of dissatisfaction during my tenancy.Given these issues, I would never consider renting from this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid doing so as well. I hope that my complaint will prompt this management group to reconsider their practices and improve their services for current and future tenants.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
