    SMRC should be sued and forced to be sold to another company who actually does their jobs as landlords. Ever since they bought the building that I live in, they have been rude and do the **** minimum to fix the repairs. The only reason why I havent moved is because the price of living has increased drastically and Brooklyn is gentrifying to where a small one bedroom is $2300+. Stay away if possible and read the lease in detail because my rent has gone up over $500 in a small amount of time due to the preferential rent clause in the lease even though its rent stabilized.
