      My wife and I had been using this facility for fertility treatment since 2016. We have paid them over $100,000 plus insurance compensation paid to them . We had no success with them and after leaving this practice had immediate success after learning they failed to conduct certain tests . However upon completing with Columbia I recently received news that they still had in their possession some of our embryos . This is after me confirming via email that they did not have anything of ours remaining and that I had a zero balance with them . They attempted to collect payment for storage of the embryos they had in their possession without our knowledge. They claimed a form was filled out improperly resulting in the embryos being stored however I was never made aware they had my property . We have encouraged tens of thousands of dollars in expenses and pain and suffering to have a fresh retrieval and embryos with a different facility . This could have been avoided had we been aware they were in possession of our embryos which new technology has made viable and could have been used to avoid the encouraged costs and physical treatments . I'm requesting a full refund of all monies paid to Columbia. As I have been communicating with them but without an acceptable resolution.
