    I purchased a used large format printer Epson s80600 from ***** at ************* (Ben-Sak inc.)First contact was made Jan 16 2023. He told me that he had a printer that was lightly used, 3 years old and had 170 rolls of backlit vinyl printed through it. I asked if I could see the printer working and he had one of his technicians video call me via whats app. He showed me the printer working and gave me a walk around. He also sent me pics of the Print head test pattern from the printer (which have the serial number on them). That happened on 1/17/2023 @ 11:14 mst Based on what I saw I committed to purchase the printer. I financed it through *** **** (*******). The paper work was signed on the 1/17/2023 I received and email with the invoice and shipping documents 1/24/2023 invoice states serial number s/n ********** Year 2017 Printer arrived while I was away and my employee received it. Packaging in good condition 2/3/2023 I unpacked and setup the printer 2/15/2023. I immediately contacted ***** at go inkjet and stated that the printer they sent me was the wrong one. S* ********* That the printer wasnt working properly and that it was much older than the one he showed me on the video and test prints. I stayed that serial number dont match! His response was to get the printer working first. I helped him do so. Once working he felt that issue was resolved, to which I stated that the issue is that he sent me the wrong printer. This back and forth has gone on since the 15th and ***** refuses to do anything about it. He keeps deflecting saying I have a working printer. The last correspondence with ***** was on 2/24/2023.I would like them to either send me the correct printer or refund my money to me! The current printer still doesnt work correctly and isnt worth what I paid.
