    Do not sign up with them for Internet. No one ever answers calls, for customer service you have to leave a voicemail but never get a callback. I havent had them install my service and Im already warning people not to use them. Ive been trying to cancel the install scheduled for tomorrow and I cant get access to the account online, it keeps saying my user name and Password are invalid and yet when I call tech support, I cant anyone to answer the call. I am going back to Gigabit Now.

    This is the worst so-called fiber internet ever. As soon as you sign the contract, you are locked into a very inferior and cheap service. The worst part is the customer support, which consists of literally one person. No one ever picks up the phone, and there is only this one person who prefers to communicate via text messages. No one works on weekends, and I personally had the worst experience ever with this internet. I was disconnected for over a week in **** and sent around 10 emails on different days and made over 20 calls, yet not a single person called me back. Management should be ashamed of themselves for their nonexistent customer support. I am still paying for this service$50 a monthjust because the property manager has a contract with them, and we have no other option to choose from. This is monopoly in its finest form. I still have no internet connection after more than a week, with no one taking responsibility. I have officially filed a complaint with the ***, and I encourage everyone to do the same so our voices can be heard.
