I recently obtained employment which offers Wellhub through Perks at Work. I have not been able to gain access to the system and have contacted Wellhub and my HR department. I have been told different information from both sources. Wellhub informs me that I am not showing eligible in their system and that my HR department has to enable this, however my HR department informed me that they cannot update anything on their side since this is not a direct program they offer. They have contacted Wellhub and still have not received any communication from them on how to resolve the situation. Meanwhile, I still don't have access to receive discounts on gym memberships while other colleagues are enjoying the benefits. I have contacted my corporate department to inform them not to use Wellhub as a Perks at Work to their employees since they don't effectively respond and are misleading. This is unfair and a disadvantage to not offer the benefits to all employees of the organization.Wellhub

Hi ******, we can understand your frustration not being able to access your Wellhub benefits. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us and bringing this to our attention.
To be able to create your Wellhub account, your company email address and employee ID must be added to our eligibility list and this is added through your HR Department or HR Benefits team. Once that's all set, you'll be able to gain access and start enjoying your benefits.
We understand that you'd like to be a part of Wellhub and we are committed to helping you! Our support team has sent you a message regarding this.

When I first signed up for Gympass for my small business, the plan was advertised as $165/month for up to 10 employees. I only had 4 on the plan. Despite this, Gympass contacted me and said we were using it too much and unilaterally increased the price to $550/month, claiming it needed to reflect the value propositiontheir words, not mine. After escalating the issue and tracking down the *** myself, I was able to get the increase reduced to $300/month. However, even after two employees left the company and were no longer using Gympass, the pricing remained unchanged. When I reached out multiple times, I was told I was already on the lowest available plan. That turned out to be a lie. A colleague of mine had 10 employees on her Gympass plan and was paying only $170/month. When I brought this up, they suddenly acknowledged that yes, a lower-priced plan did existjust not for **** requested to be moved to the correct lower-tier plan and asked for a credit for the months Id been overcharged. Gympass admitted I had been paying more than I should have. ****** from their Client Retention team told me hed discuss it with their directors, only to later inform me they wouldnt do anythingexcept remind me that I could still add up to 10 people to the plan I was overpaying for.The final insult? After waiting days for responses throughout this process, the moment I mentioned canceling, ****** responded in under three minutes confirming my cancellationunhelpful, dismissive, and frankly, passive aggressive.Gympass has repeatedly misled me, withheld information, and failed to operate in good faith. Their pricing is inconsistent, their communication deceptive, and their business practices utterly unprofessional. I strongly advise any individual or company to steer clear. This is not a trustworthy company.Wellhub

Our plans and pricing are specific to each company's contract, which can explain the variations you observed.
We also noted that our team explored the possibility of a price adjustment for you, and we apologize that it wasn't possible to reach a resolution at that time. We understand your decision to proceed with cancellation and appreciate the time you were with us.

I utilize Wellhub through my employer perks to access my gym. Recently, with no prior notifications, I went to check-in to my gym and found out my account had been cancelled. I contacted Wellhub via their messaging support (as they have NO phone number to speak to a human being in real time) and waited a day for a response. They informed me my gym had mistakenly cancelled my account and told me to go in and re-register. Then they closed my ticket and gave me a how was our support? survey link. When I went back to my gym to re-register, it was unsuccessful. My gym (LA Fitness) showed me that Wellhub is the one who cancelled my account on 2/28/25 because of employer services. However, my husband and several other coworkers still have active accounts through our workplace (we all work the same exact job at the same exact company). I submitted another support ticket through Wellhub and am waiting for a response. This is ridiculous. I just want to attend my classes and use my gym as normal but now I dont know how long its going to take to resolve, and based off of other peoples reviews, I worry it will never get resolved. If sketchy things like my account randomly being canceled and their customer support sucking didnt happen, I would give this business a higher rating because I do get a steep discount on my gym membership, which is awesome.Wellhub

Hi *****,
We can understand how frustrating it must have been to find your account unexpectedly cancelled and apologize for the lack of clear communication and the inconvenience this caused.
We're also very sorry to hear that the initial information provided was incorrect and that you experienced further issues when attempting to re-register at LA Fitness.
Both Email Support team and Integrations Support team is currently looking into why your account was cancelled, especially since your colleagues' accounts remain active.
Please know that we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We value your membership and understand how important your gym access is to you. Thank you for your patience. We really appreciate you sticking with us, and we're glad to have you as part of the Wellhub community.Review fromvadim k

Wellhub GymPass runs a fraudulent service to pause memberships while continuing to charge customers even though the service is paused. They do this by offering to “pause” the membership when trying to cancel, telling customers that they can “reactivate” whenever. In reality, they continue to charge customers even though there is a pause. In addition, the pause is limited and will restart in 30 days without any notifications to the customer. This is highly deceptive practice. They do not provide refunds, and will require substantial escalation with the credit card company used for making payments.Wellhub

I've enjoyed the service through my company. It's a pretty big discount to use the gyms vs. paying directly. The app is pretty easy to use, with some minor quirks.Wellhub

One gym is marked as being on bronze. I signed up for bronze, not that gym is on the silver plan. I immediately asked for a refund, never made a reservation anywhere and they admitted this was devious but did not and woud not refund. Sad business and do not use.Wellhub

My company decided to end partnership with Gympass and instead of keeping my account active until the end of the already paid agreement they discontinued my account early. I requested to have my account reactivated since I had already paid for it, but they did not honor that nor give me a refund.Wellhub
