  On and around the 22nd of January 2015, ************* ********************** of Delphin Investments invited me among others to a fundraiser themed * Set for life *.According to the presentation and subsequent information shared ( a comprehensive table of prospect ) ,investment would be followed by quarterly distributed dividends to investors with possibility of buyout /Exit by 2021 .However,until this minute , none of the latter has materialized .Firstly , when asked about the dividends ******* ********************** indicated verbally distribution of dividends to investors would start by and around the first quarter of 2018 . The frustrated part about the situation is ******* **********************s aggressive behavior every time the issue of dividends is brought up .******* ********************** by mid *************************************************************** the end ,******* ********************** suggested October 2019 as the latest timeline to initiate the distribution of dividends to investors .Nonetheless I become concerned by ******* **********************'s unresponsiveness on and around May 2019 when I officially request for the first time the return of my capital .******* ********************** is consistently changing the terms of the initial agreement signed thus circumventing the fulfillment of his original commitments. From 2021 Exit /Buyout ,******* ********************** changes the Exit / buyout period to an indefinite time. On 18 December ************************************************* full be returned .On 3 May 2023 , I proposed that my capital be returned through installments. Total blackout from ******* ********************** . Requesting your office urgent intervention into this matter . Your kind assistance in reaching out to ******* ********************** to mediate an amicable resolution of matter . I simply want my hard earned money back in order to invest it in my two ( 2 ) sons college education which was the sole purpose of the investment . I am not even interested in my entitled 9% of the capital for each year the capital stayed with ******** **********************

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

  [ My complaint against ************* Delphin / Delphin Investments, LLC  remains UNRESOLVED to this minute . My complaint ID# ******** is clear and my request is unequivocal : I NEED MY MONEY BACK IN FULL ". ************* Delphin / Delphin Investments, LLC ongoing behavior with regards to matter  is nothing more than Financial cruelty blighting every aspect of my family life . My family is  currently struggling to pay our mortgage , pay our children's tuition , pay our regular bills , manage our  basic life necessities . We are barely surviving . ************* Delphin /Delphin Investments , LLC is consciously and deliberately driving my family to a gradual  financial and physical  death . ************* Delphin has taken advantage of our ******************************************************* 2015 .Our good faith  Proposal to permanently resolve my complaint  ID# ******** is for ************* Delphin / Delphin Investments , LLC to IMMEDIATELY take all necessary steps to   return the  ( January 2015 ) invested fund on my personal bank account  in the following installments  : $ ****** on August 15,2023/ $ ****** on September 15, 2023 / $ ****** on October 15, 2023 . Any other response from ************* Delphin / Delphin Investments , LLC is UNACCEPTABLE and is automatically REJECTED . 

  The main reason I refer the case to BBB and submit  complaint ID#******** against Delphin Investments, LLC is because of ************* Delphin continued  CRUEL and DILATORY tactics /strategy aiming solely at hurting my family . I have contacted DIRECTLY  ************* Delphin of Delphin Investments , LLC in good faith on : October 16, 2018 ;October 24, 2019 ; October 31, 2019; November 1st & 2nd , 2019;  January 3, 2020; March 1st, 2021; November 4, 2021; December 18 , 2022 and throughout 2023 in order to amicably settle matter . I  have shown tremendous patience and resilience . It is high time that ************* Delphin / Delphin Investments , LLC displays good faith by simply RETURNING  the invested fund TO  ITS RIGHFULY OWNER through installments .  We count on BBB to put their weight in the balance and assist us in making the above  proposal a reality . I have  worked  too hard for this money to have it taken away from me like it is not important   ]
