Apollo Global Management owns the news source Yahoo! i believe. Well i read the news articles all the time, and i have noticed that YAHOO! is censoring my speech! On 5/5/2025, there was a article called " Boat washes ashore near ********* with 3 dead, 4 survivors and 9 unaccounted for" written by ***** *******. I decided to comment " A boat of illegal aliens washed ashore" and my comment was REJECTED. My FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT is being CENSORED AND TAKEN AWAY BY YAHOO!. My comment was a FACTUALLY CORRECT STATEMENT, and its being censored. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! There have been many other instances of my comments being censored over the past six months. I DIDNT KNOW I LIVED IN *********** WHERE I DONT HAVE FREE SPEECH AND LIVE IN A COMMUNIST COUNTRY. OR AT LEAST TH ATS HOW IT FEELS SOMETIMES WHEN I BROWSE YAHOO! ARTICLES. This must stop. This is the worst company *** ever dealt with and I can completely understand why nobody uses ***. Insufficient scammers. You cant even use customer service without paying $5/month minimum and their system is always messed up so you HAVE to call. Biggest scam Ive ever seen.Initial Complaint

My phone number changed. *** has locked me out of an account holding personal and important contact information because I can not receive/enter a verification code from a phone number that is no longer active. In order to gain access they asked me to provide information from the last 3 emails I sent ...subject line, recipient email address. I've been locked out and trying to resolve since Oct 2024. went to use my Email account on ***** on 4/8/2025 and could not log ****** message to verify it was me, with recovery email i never seen before to get a 6 digit code ********* being i have no way to get this unknown recovery email no way to log in.I called Yahoo support 3 times !! all three times i provided phone number,picture of drivers License, and additional photo of my face only to be told they can't verify it's me by third party so they can't help me !!! iv'e never seen anything like this just want to cancel my account now and can't even do that. Yahoo extorts senior citizens who are most vulnerable. My 84 year old aunt used her Yahoo email for very important health necessary information and though they linked Gmail to their account without her password, she must pay $4.99 a month to reset her password for *****. She tried it and they were no help! Her Gmail Passkey was free. ***** wants $12.99 per month for her to set up a Passkey. I am reporting Apollo Global Management for unethical conduct and extorting the elderly.Initial Complaint

I can't file at ADT because I get a 404 on BBB, but I saw this company acquired ***. In short, I'm hearing disables and was denied accommodations for cancelation. I'm told I can only do it by phone, but I require accommodations other than phone. When I asked for manager, I was also told it could only be done by phone. TL;DR Our system isn't working so we are being charged wrongly, and I am tired of explaining to customer service that they legally can't ask me to find a helper to call for me.Initial Complaint

I have an email for *** and ***** and they are connected to each other. Somehow I was locked out of both even though I have my password and login info even face recognition. They will not let me log in unless I can log into one of these accounts which I cant because recovery is set to each other and I changed my phone number. They even asked me to confirm by my scanning my state I.d which I did and my face, then they told me I cant be verified and there is no way to access my emails which is connected to some important emails. I have a free ******* account and the last times (01/22/25 to 01/26/25) that I signed into my ******* account have asked for sending me a text message with a six digit security code. I can see that maybe one time but not every time I sign in. The last time this happened I was charged $5.10 to fix the problem. I got that money back but I had to complain to the Better Business Bureau to help me. I did not call ******* due to extreme frustration several months ago and they would try to charge me the $5.10 again. Please have ******* repair this situation. Please help me. I am filing a formal complaint regarding *** Mail. I have been locked out of my account on accord of the two factor authenticator log in process. I successfully enter my username and password only to get a two step authenticator wanting me enter a pin number that is being sent to a land line not in service. When I go to the free help page for *** it says to call the ***** number. Each time I have called I spoke with a customer service rep who fully verified my account and that I am who I say I am, however says I need to update the phone number that the pin text is being sent to. They will not change update it for me even though I have been fully verified unless I pay money and put a credit card on file. I have had this email address for almost 30 years now and they lock me out. This is unacceptable and poor business practice. I want this issue resolved so I can log into my email.Initial Complaint
