      UNETHICAL!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! . I've been through the nightmare of losing my mother and 2 years later my 16 year old son. To get a custodial account from their names, Siebert has made my husband and me get a Trust account and go through legal hoops. ******* has even given the Court Judge a rough time and demanded his signature on estate papers be within 60 days--an estate has to be established, then run an ad for 6 mos (for creditors), so the estate setup is minimal 6 mos. Siebert has questioned two names on the trust, how the *** is set up, bonding and insured. We have spent over 6g jumping through ******** hoops and then ******* ignore calls and emails and switches us to a different account advisor to prolong the runaround. Been dealing with this way over a year and just had to renew the bonding insurance.
