      I have a life insurance policy I started in ****. I've been making monthly payments of $21.67/month ever since. I just paid another $273 so they wouldn't terminate my policy after receiving a letter in the mail. Then I spoke with a rep who said my new payment would now be $86.88/mo. The paperwork I received in the mail stated my payments are now going to be $177.67/mo. I called with my son's help to get a better understanding of why there will increase 820%. The rep agreed this was too much and would send a revised "Reproduction". The new amount I received in the mail is $156/mo. Over the last 35 yrs I have paid this policy monthly for a total of over $9k to date. They said my cash value today is only $176.34. I asked them to send me a copy of the original policy which they do not have a record of. This seems predatory and asking for such an increase after 35 yrs on a $17,300 policy (#*********) seems outrageous. After 35yrs of making all these payments, how can they now ask for an 800+% increase in payments. They are also asking me to sign new paperwork to keep my policy active, which appears to be a new contract. I already have a signed policy that I will eventually locate. But I refuse to sign any new documents, when I already have a policy in place. I'm 82 yrs old and asking for this type of increase now, is extreme. I've tried to resolve this with them over the phone, but the paperwork I receive in the mail doesn't match what they have told me over the phone. I'm asking for help to get this resolved to a more manageable payment. I've asked my son ***** to help me with this process. His number and email are attached. I don't know what else to do.

      I use VOYA Financial for *** transactions and will be terminating that relationship as soon as possible.Received a typical transaction and confirmation via text about two weeks and received said deposit in checking....flawless and as expected.That is until today 27Aug2023 and discover what appears to be same text as indicated above but now the date indicates that said transaction will proceed this upcoming week. This reason in itself will cause me to terminate this relationship and started reporting said to all possible parties.Call VOYA to after hours of course to give report and record and needless to say there is a recording, again, now there is at least a record of telephone contact. My balance for the moment is still intact, as of Sunday a non business and could be zero balance come Monday, just putting out there!Emailed copies of two text screen copies to VOYA, record two.I was successful in submitting a report to FTC this afternoon, too too early to see any results , at least another possible record, again it was submitted, for what's worth.BBB was successful in one of two, lets see where the next balance falls.Back to you BBB

      Submitted a claim for critical illness on 7-24-23. **** is holding claim siting missing paperwork. I provided all the paperwork from the hospital and doctors at the time the claim was filed. **** will not provide the specifics for the alleged missing paperwork needed. I have contacted them more then 3 times and I was told that all the paperwork is completed and the **** employees stated all the paperwork is completed, nothing is missing. They stated the issue will be resolved in ***** hours. I received another an email from **** after 48 hours, stating they cannot process the claim due to missing paperwork. Even though I was told my claim has processed.

      The *** card for my account has been suspended since early August despite several attempts to pay and clear an account balance. I need this card reinstated so I may continue paying for prescriptions and other medical expenses.

      I've been waiting on my money from 401k for past the time they told me I would receive it.. Everytime I call they give me the run around... I know longer work for the job that took the money every two weeks from my paycheck... I did all the necessary steps to receive my money back and I have yet to receive it... All I want is my money ..

      lost my pin, requested paper work, they never set it, called back, they say they will send it again.they are delaying the exit of my money on purpose- unwilling to allow me to speak with anynmanagment or customer service and will not deviate from there process of non help.

      I submitted all the documents required for the hardship withdrawal . The 3 day notice I presented was what was left at my apartment door , my address is correct both on the letter as well as updated with my job. The due date is on the letter and this letter was for the July rent . I dont understand why or how I cant withdrawal from my 401k to pay my rent . I need the withdrawal processed asap. The reasons for the denial do not make any sense , when all data is correct . Also , my name is on the lease which is why I dont understand how that was also an issue. I have withdrawn before when it was need and nothing has changed in regards to my information from then to now .

      On July 6th I requested a withdrawal of my funds from Voya. It was processed in the 7th. I was told that it would be there in 7 to 10 days. However the check never came and I was given false statements about my address. That wasn't true, my address has never changed and is accurate. I have been given do many false excuses and pushed around. I was told to call back on the following day and nothing. I even contacted the postal service and they verified that nothing from this company was ever sent. This proof is supported by the fact I didn't get an email confirming the transaction nor a text message. This proves that these individuals are corrupt and doing the unthinkable. This has forced me to financial ruin where I have generates additional fees. They claimed they are sending a replacement what was supposed to be the next day, however now they changed it to two additional days later. This is the third time these people have done the unthinkable.

      I was employed by ****** metal finishing in **************,**, they took 401k without my consent. I quit on July 5th 2023 I contacted **** told them I quit my job told them I quit! 8 days later I am still fight with them to get my money!!
