I initially called on October 9, 2024 and left a message to inform the company my father had passed. I did not hear back until October 23, 2024, from ***** ***** on this date we spoke, he sent an email and informed me that the telephone numbers on his signature line from email were incorrect and to email back (as a reminder to to himself to send those to me) and they would be provided, I did send that email and didn't hear back. I sent follow up emails on:October 23, 2024 November 6, ***** November 12, 2024 I left a message on November 19, 2024 through Aegis main telephone line being transferred to ******* voicemail and did not hear back until December 3, 2024. When ***** did call he explained with his 81 year old sick father and 74 year old sick mother he is the only one of his siblings able to take them to and from appointments, ***** apologized for the delay. All was forgiven I understand that I was the sole caregiver of my grandmother who died of ALS while I still worked but this doesnt make up for the HUGE lack of communication coming from Aegis. I emailed the required documents ***** asked for on December 3, 2024 once we were off the phone.December 30, 2024 I sent a follow up email, December 31, 2024 ***** ****** approved the documents. During the time I initially let ***** know of my our fathers passing we have been receiving documents for "first / last name DECEASED" in the title. We have seen the dollar amounts in the account drop. One from $13k to $8k I have sent follow up emails on January 17, 2025, February 1, 2025 and February ******* and have received NOTHING.When researching this company Im beginning to wonder if its a scam but the website looks legit. Ive begun to include every email address I can find on the website in hopes of hearing from someone. This is very frustrating as most things have been taken care of and this is a lose end that Im not sure if more is needed from me or what.

They want you to buy a book for training. Real quotes from the interview: we have the system to get you a rolls ***** as long as you want it bad enough weve been doing this for a very very long time and I happen to believe in full transparency the salary is $15,000 a year. This a classic buy in buy out scam.
