    This man and this company is a scam! I emailed and talked on the phone with a ****** and **** in regards to watch I sent over to sell them. They wrote me multiple fake checks and never received the payment or the watch back! *** filed a police report and no one seems to be able to do anything!

    This consumer presented a watch for sale and the watch did not pass authenticity review. The watch will be insured and returned to the consumer's address on file, no further action is required. This consumers response and complaint filed with the BBB implying that ********* is a "Scam" hardly falls into the truth category when this individual sent in a fake watch...

    I sold over ****** dollars in jewelery and loose gems to **** Hollinger. I sent him the jewelery via mail and he appraised it we came up with a price of $15,000. He sent me a check I deposited it in my bank account and it bounced leaving my account ****** in the red. Then he belittled me threatened me, called me names and then he sent me another check so I thought there was no way he would scam me a second time but he did. Now both my accounts are thousands of dollars in the negative. Then he told me he was going to mail back my jewelry and he never did, and now I can't get ahold of him it's like he vanished. This has caused a ripple effect in my life, it caused me to be homeless, and living with out my son. He has literally destroyed my life.

    This company essentially ripped me off claimed to create a contract to buy my engagement ring and my gold necklace that I sent in to them good faith a contract was made but due to their miscommunication and long handling time frame I became nervous therefore **** hollinger if that's his name said he was going to cancel the contract and send me my stuff back which never happened!!!!!!!! Absolute fraudulent practices at hand!!!! Total thief!!! Tried handling it through phone calls and text messages 2 months later phone numbers changed!!!!!!!! Now I am out almost 7 Grand!!!!! This company is a front for a narcissistic thief should not be trusted needs to be criminally charged!!!!! It's disgusting I am a disabled veteran just got out of an 8-year relationship my heart was broken I sent in this engagement ring and hopes to recoup something!! And these people stole my dignity. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

    **** Hollinger agreed to buy my gold necklace for $9000 After I sent them my necklace, the money I was promised didn't get transferred into my bank account. When I questioned lex about payment, he started calling me a "*****" He then said that my payment was issued & I should have it soon . He sent me a check that was written on an already closed account. After that he sent me a Certified check for $100 along with a letter saying that he was going to enjoy paying me $100 a month until he has paid me what I am owed .I didn't cash it because I'm not taking payments for something he agreed to purchase out right in 1 payment. Next he claimed that a certified check was mailed out in the mail . That was another lie . Next he sent me a check for $8900 that I deposited in my account but it bounced & I had to pay the fees. This has been going on since Dec.27,2023 it is now Feb 28th **************************************************** **** is a Thief and a lier . Don't do business with him or his business

    11/7/2023: Receive call from Alex ********************** that he is indeed interested in buying my diamond tennis bracelet.11/8/2023: I ship bracelet to ****.11/9/23: He confirms not only did he receive it, but has also already sold it. He was able to offer me $6,000 for the bracelet. As his business website states, he will mail payment. Payment is issued via business check, rather than certified payment/check or bank transfer, but I believe him & look forward to receiving the payment. Since 11/9/2023 to 12/29/23 I have received 5 business checks, all were returned by the issuing bank. Sometimes it was stated the check did not have proper info on it, another time the account was closed, and most times it was due to insufficient funds. I have several emails, text messages as proof he does owe me. It also shows he did try to get me paid, however I am clueless why bad checks are continually written. Also because of the number of bad checks written, my two bank accounts that i have tried to deposit the checks to, have been flagged for fraud & closed. Now I am going through the process of getting new accounts set up, etc.

    If this consumer felt as though she was not receiving an email response as she saw fit in her instant mannner, she has my direct email address and could have reached out to me directly.

    please ask the business, Hollinger Diamonds, LLC, to provide a copy of the contract that states although they have sold the tennis bracelet on 11/9/2023, they may set up a payment plan of $100 a month to reach the $6,000 agreed upon price?

    This company cannot be trusted. I sent this company my old rings and in return received a check for ****. That check was held by my bank and I told **** this and he stated that he would call and get the hold lifted. This did not happen. Instead the check was returned and a fee was processed. When ******************* about this he stated that he would correct this right away. **** stated that he would overnight a certified check and that he sent it by **** This also did not happen. **** was extremely rude to me when I asked for a tracking number and then someone on my behalf called asked for the tracking number and he still did not send the tracking number. **** ********************** then texted me: "So do you think that your never going to get the money or do you think you should exercise patients and wait for the post office to deliver the envelope addressed to you.Or I would be more than happy to return your item and issue a stop payment on the check ! I can do that also ??". I then stopped texting him due to the rudeness. A few days later a check was received via **** and it was a similar check to the first one received (not a certified check). I deposited this check due to needing the funds and it was returned as well. I have attempted to reach out to **** and no response. Legal action will need to be taken.

    Certified Funds will be sent to the Consumer in question once all negative information has been removed from TrustPilot.com this consumer on the eve of Christmas Eve published information on Trustpilot.com to negatively impact Hollinger Diamonds LLC, without even speaking with anyone to rectify the matter. NO further action will be taken on this matter in its entirety until said information is in fact removed. This entire move on that of the consumer was very presumptuous !

    The business and I had a contractual agreement that the business has now reported that they will not follow due to my complaints of the not one but TWO bad checks that have been returned on my account. The reviews are based on facts alone and will not be removed because those reviews explained everything that has happened those far with the company with evidence to back up every word. 

    The agreement was **** for my rings and the company now holds both the funds and my rings leaving me with nothing. I simply want what was agreed.

    Once again this consumer on the eve of Christmas Eve ************************************************ an open forum without giving Hollinger the opportunity to address the matter, this consumer elected to vilify Hollinger and post public comments thereby not allowing (NOT ALLOWING) Hollinger to respectfully address this matter. 

    This is a Contract Dispute whereas her Jewelry was on consignment, she entered into a legally binding contract, Hollinger is more than willing to pay the consumer providing her comments are removed from all public forums, and until that happens Hollinger will not move forward in anything, moreover we are also fully prepared to litigate with this Consumer which is a battle she will certainly loose, and even in that regard she will be forced by Hollinger's Corporate Counsel to remove said comments. Hollinger Attorneys bill at $750 an hour they are paid not to loose. And we have the largest law firm in the World on retainer. 

    Never judge a book by it's cover **** !!

    I still have not received my rings or payment. Not one but two checks have returned and charged me a fee from this company. The contract did not state that I could not leave an honest review about what has happened with this company. 

     I would like my rings back since the company dissolved my contract with them.
