      Business Name: Cartier **************** Fair Complaint Type: Customer Service / Product Exchange Customer Name: ****** *** Date of Original Purchase: May 14, 2025 **************** Involved: ****, **** Desired Resolution: Apology, service recovery, reassignment to competent associate Complaint:Im filing this complaint due to Cartiers mishandling of our engagement ring exchange at the **************** Fair *********** fianc purchased a Cartier 1895 ring on May 14, 2025. Sales associate **** advised him to buy a larger size, claiming resizing or exchange would be simple which turned out to be untrue.When I visited, I clearly stated I wanted to exchange, not resize (especially not if it involved cutting), and that color grade, not carat size, was my top priority. **** couldnt find a suitable option and repeatedly gave me unclear or delayed responses. I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates.After a week, I turned to another associate, ****, who helped locate three suitable rings. I chose one (0.57ct / E / VVS2 / Size 51) to be transferred in. **** then told me **** needed to finalize the case due to commission which I found unacceptable.**** told me the ring arrived, but forgot the required report. Only after I mentioned a refund did he suddenly say the report was there.I made multiple long commutes to the boutique after work. On the day of the exchange, **** was still assisting another customer. His manager, *****, had no clue what was going on and showed me the wrong rings. **** also couldnt find the correct one.Eventually, **** admitted he misread an email and the ring had never even ********** the end, I was forced to settle for a lower-spec ring I didnt want not because I was satisfied, but because I had no choice. This entire experience has been emotionally exhausting and completely unacceptable from a luxury brand like Cartier.

      El 15 ******** de 2025, compr un reloj ****** Bleu en la boutique de Cartier en *************, *****, como regalo especial para mi esposa por el nacimiento de nuestro primer hijo. Menos de tres semanas despus, el 3 ********, acudimos a la boutique Cartier del ********************* para ajustar el brazalete.Nuestra experiencia all fue sumamente decepcionante y poco profesional. Los representantes ****** ********* y **** ***** nos trataron con falta de respeto y, lo que es peor, tras la visita el reloj presentaba rayones visibles y signos de uso que no **** antes.Cabe destacar que el reloj nunca fue usado, y an as nos dijeron que los daos eran por desgaste.       have been Cartier customer for 35 years. For the 1st time I shopped @ ****************** in April *****. I purchase two Love bracelet it was heavy & started to cause pain & bruising my arm I went back & showed to the sells person called client manager many times. The manager of boutique suggested to pay 40% for each LB we will put a ********** will take serval months. Cost almost the price of Love bracelet. Never had this kind of experience in ****** or ******. I truly regret my expensive purchase. As I can see there is many complaint used to be a good company now overpriced & quality does not appear to be good. " Cartier continues to work with the customer to resolve this matter to the customer's satisfaction." This is not true! I am sad writing this review I own many Cartier item. I don't think will be shopping in ********* any more. It seems customer often gets blame for scratches even though bracelet is new? I hope you take all these complaint seriously please kindly consider customer service who cares & can do something! Thank you

      White gold Love bracelet for $4,800 purchased Oct 2021 The s**** fell out Sept 2024 Two weeks after visiting Cartier I was told it would be $1600 to replace the s**** I said do it. A week later I got a call: your bracelet will be ready in April: 7 months after initial visit.Houston, (general manager who was often in meetings when I called) asked what I would like to do about the delay. The bracelet was a "lemon" since the creation fell apart I suggested a compromise: I pay half and they pay half since the bracelet was faulty I suggested I pay the $1600, they put the s**** in and I get $1600 store credit Finally I suggested I pay half and they give me store credit for half.

      I bought a ring for our vow renewal and needed to send it back for resizing. Unfortunately, it took two weeks to receive the return package and shipping label, followed by another two weeks to get a resizing quote of over $400 for a simple wedding band, even though your website states complimentary resizing for up to two sizes. Frustrated, I opted to request a **********, almost two months later, you still have the ring. This experience has been incredibly disheartening, and it has spoiled a special moment in our lives. We no longer want to wear the ring, and I regret not choosing a different jeweler. I purchased from Cartier with joy and excitement, but now I feel defeated and misled.Service order number: ********.

      I purchased a Juste Un Clou ring from a person named **** at the Cartier store in ********************, ***** on July 19th. As soon as I got home, the ring was too big, so I immediately contacted **** and exchanged it to the one-size smaller ring on July 26th. After exchanging the ring, I went out briefly wearing the ring for a few hours on Saturday and Sunday. On sunday afternon, I noticed that the back of the ring had become lumpy. I contacted ****, the salesperson in charge, on Sunday night, and went to the store two days later, on Tuesday, to request a refund due to 'a defect in the item,' but they persuaded me they should send it to a Cartier jewelry expert in ******** as the process of the return , and convinced me that a refund would only be possible 'if the cause was identified,' so that Friday Aug 2nd, My husband and I visited the store and gave them the ring. When I gave the ring, **** and the store manager, ****, convinced me that the ring MUST be the problem, saying that both of them have never seen this damaged ring after a few hours, so I returned the ring to them. On August 15th, they contacted me via text message and said that their inspection concluded that there was no problem with the ring, so I could pick it up or ship it to me. She sent a text as if nothing had happened. I was amazed at the audacity of sending a text as if nothing had happened to ask me to pick up that damaged lumpy ring. In the meantime, I applied for a dispute from the card company ****, but it was denied due to their objection. And I applied for a dispute again, but the result is unknown. In this case, do consumers just have to suffer? I received an email from the ******************************************* Operations Manager. However, it was a repeat of what I heard in the store over and over. They dont want to process the refund. All the facts she said were written from Cartier's point of view, and there is no care about the customer and brands quality control issue.

      Disappointed and angry with how I was treated by this brand. I wasn't assisted after waiting 20 minutes and then banned from the store. The African-American guard who was forced to ask me to leave was fired the next day because he knew this was not right. I've yet to receive a response from corporate or the store for a single explanation or reason, after I've sent numerous phone calls, emails to the store and CEO of Cartier North America and 1-800-CARTIER.... No response from anyone.The Cartier Atlanta store manager ****** seems to be completely out of her element and unable to run this store as a luxury store should. It is truly shocking that a company of this calibre would allow mismanagement in this manner by someone with such flagrant disregard for its customers and staff. Is anyone in upper management paying attention? Do they even care? clearly not.Run from this place and save your dignity. Management for this store and this brand is a disgrace, and I feel for the employees that have to work in these conditions!

      I bought two watches for ******. I took them to get them evaluated there so i could have them insured. They said they would get back to me in 2 weeks. After weeks of me calling them for updates and them telling me they would reach out to me, they finally told me that they can't evaluate the watches. Then they told me i can't return them or exchange them because it's been over a month. So i have to go to a private jeweler, but they view the watches as used now because it's been over a month (despite the fact that ive never worn them)The customer service and competence of ********************** is terrible.

      The most disgusting service. Worse than any discount store. I took my bracelet to be repaired. Months later, I have been given nothing but the run around by two employees who should be fired--*********************** and ***********************. My bracelet band needed a new slip for the tongue. My bracelet was taken from me with an intact buckle. They lost the buckle. $350 dollars later they tried to tell me that the buckle doesn't come with the strap. They haven't found my original intact buckle and have done nothing to make things right. My bracelet, months later, is still there with nothing being done and no manager available to address the issue. I will never again spend a dime there. *******'s here I come. There is something really wrong with the Cartier organization. Stay away, spend your money where you are appreciated and respected as a customer. Not there!

      I purchased a small model Tank Franaise watch from Cartier. When I got the watch, I noticed it was small (smaller than what I had anticipated). I tried it on a few times that night to see if it would grow on me and it didnt. I thought about it for about a week (without wearing it) and decided to return it. I got an RMA, and I did just that. I returned it for a refund, but my plan was to go into an actual boutique and pick one out there since the sizing, pictures etc. didnt give a good example of the size of the product. Once returned it took weeks to get an email regarding my return which was denied due to abrasions. They sent me pictures of the watch but no pictures of when they got the watch or before inspection. There were scuffs to the opposite side of the dial. How? How does that even happen? I didnt even wear the watch anywhere. Literally took it out of the box and walked around the house, put it back and did not touch it again. Yet this watch looked worn. It doesnt make any sense to me. They offered to polish it and relink it to fit my wrist which I agreed to feeling defeated. This morning I get up to an email with a quote for the polishing service of $ ******. First, they never mentioned the polishing was going to be at a cost and second $****** to polish a small watch. I understand its a luxury brand, but I ************ to have my Rolex fully serviced! After reading some reviews it seems like this is their go to when items are returned. I dont believe its fair! I am upset my returned was denied over what they call abrasions when I didnt even wear the watch to begin with. Second there are zero pictures of when my watch got to their warehouse (before inspection). When I sent that watch back, I looked at it and it was in perfect condition but the pictures they sent me dont match what I sent in. After this incident I will never purchase anything from Cartier again (not that they need my purchase).
