    I absolutely love allurez. They are so kind patient and professional. I had a ring designed by them. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. They sketched it for me and patiently worked on every detail I asked for. Their customer service was excellent. Always answered my questions and helped me with everything. On top of all that they quoted me a better price than other websites. I would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them to my friends!

    I ordered a pendant with a time crunch and needed advice on excatly what I should order, so I called customer service and spoke to ****. She was amazing, she answered all my questions and took the order over the phone, also her advice was spot on. The pendant is beautiful and arrived eariler than promised. What more could I ask for. You were also offered to have your order placed as store credit since you decided that you no longer wanted the purchased diamond.     It feels like you're not understand what I'm saying. So the diamonds show the details, yes, and most do have the *** readily available. As you will see, some do not, like the one I was purchasing. And none of the diamonds say color enhanced in detailed with or without *** available. They don't show pinpoints or enhancements in any of the descriptions which is deceiving because that should be categorized as lab or altered diamond especially if not specified in the description where you put a down payment for an all natural diamond which wouldn't be enhanced. Am I explaining that well enough to you?

    Purchased a stunning and unique custom made engagement ring for fantastic value compared to other websites! The quality is absolutely stunning But the real reason I'm giving Alurez a 5 star review is the customer service I received. Full and a efficient communication throughout and then they bent over backwards to make sure I received it on time.
