My recent experience with Tiffany & Co. is kind of a long story, so I won't share it all on here. I just want to say that there are truly not enough good things to say about this company. If I could leave a 10-Star rating, I absolutely would! Let me just say that their level of customer care is beyond anything I have ever experienced from any other company. The staff that helped me out recently, went ABOVE and BEYOND in so many ways to help with my situation. When a company like this takes the time to help address your concerns, you know that they take their customer satisfaction seriously. *******, the Director of Client Services with Tiffany & Co., is truly an amazing human being and did more to help than I ever expected! They have a customer for life here in ******** ******

Received a bracelet to wear from my husband to wear on our wedding day less than 6 months ago. Today the bracelet falls off without me knowing due to a faulty clasp. Tiffany refuses to assist. $1000+ for costume jewelry. What used to be heirloom quality is now just cheap trash. $10 billion dollar profits and Im supposed to find the bracelet and pay to repair the clasp. What a joke.

Tiffanys sent me the wrong earrings and it has taken almost 2 weeks to get this resolved. The occasion was ruined by terrible customer support, and inefficient warehousing and returns procedures. I will never shop at Tiffanys again; I will go to a competitor that can get it right.
