Appears to be a legit WFH company until you get to the interview process. I received a text from *********************, who then gives me a list of openings. Then states that the interview will be conducted electronically*with ***********************, and asks if i have Zoom *************** Teams, and Skype. I said yes, and that I thought it was an on camera interview. She then gives me a different contact to add to one of those chats by the email of ******.c.leonardo900; I asked who was he, when you gave me a womans name (she said hes the hiring manager). So I ****** the name of the company and find that 2 of the 3 names shes given me are listed on the website (screenshot and sent to her via text) . Didnt even get a response. So I texted back and said that I was reporting to the BBB and *** (because this is becoming a thing when youre looking and applying online for a WFH job).

I am a recent former employee of PowerToFly (I was employed for just under 12 months) and I left / quit the company of my own accord in May 2023 because of huge moral and ethical issues that I would like to outline below.I would also like to disclaim that everything I am sharing here has been surfaced with both of the Co-Founders / their Director of HR / Executives and Management on multiple occasions, only to be ignored. The *** who is still remaining has historically made little effort to acknowledge deep business concerns of any kind. Many past and existing employees experiences have been awful, especially surrounding the ways they have been spoken to or mistreated by some of PTF's leadership over the years. Re: if english is their second language, if they are deemed "young and inexperienced", if they surface legitimate concerns publicly with the wider team.It is shameful, to say the least and I really hope they can re-evaluate from a business and personal perspective.Had I joined PTF knowing it was just another tech company, or just another ordinary capitalist business then sure- I would not put so much intent and energy into being vocal and providing feedback. However PTF have made the choice to include themselves in the **** category and make profit on their glaring performance. It is so gross, and they have let slide some awful leadership / inexperienced individuals poor management over and over again. Hard working, passionate and well meaning employees with more experience than most leaders are misled and / or let go when they speak up. They know they are running a business built on lies because I am far from being the first person to speak out on inefficiencies, bad practices and false promises.PTF positions themselves as a Thought Leader in the **** space, but when you look closer they do not put into practice any internal **** policies or processes for their very own staff + they practice mischievous customer facing outreach/engagement.
