    On may 26th I worked a shift from 1pm to 5pm at the **************** located on route 108 in *********** nh. The manager in training *** was unable to produce the clock in code due to the manager ***** having not printed them out. So I had to contact the ** support to have them clock me in which worked perfectly fine. But unbeknownst to me the app had auto clocked me out 30 mins later. So I was only paid for .5 hours of work rather than the 4 hours I had actually worked at the store. I have since contacted shiftsmart numerous times. Providing multiple forms of proof showing that I worked my entire 4 hour shift. Since they first claimed I had left the store location during my shift which is why I refused to pay me. But since I sent them my GPS coordinates along with photos timestamped proving I was still on location. They've just refused to respond to any of my requesrs.

    I am filing a formal complaint against Shiftsmart for non-payment and lack of communication regarding services I completed.On February 14, 2025, I worked a shift for Shiftsmart from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. I was scheduled and completed all required duties for this shift. I was supposed to receive payment but have not been paid to date.Over the past two months, I have made multiple attempts to contact Shiftsmarts customer service. Despite my repeated outreach, the company has not attempted to resolve the issue or provide any updates. They have continued to ignore my inquiries entirely.I am requesting the Better Business Bureaus assistance in helping me recover the payment I am owed for the work I completed.Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Shiftsmart sent me a promotion asking me to complete 2 jobs , as a contractor, for a $100 promotion. I worked jobs, for a hourly rate and in a time frame I wouldn't have chose outside of the promise of the $100 bonus.I spent money in order to work the 2 shifts to get the bonus pay quickly. I made promises to pay a bill based off that bonus. But once I completed the 2 jobs, I was NEVER paid. There is no way to contact the company. To this day the company has never reached back out in response to any email sent by me.There is intentionally no phone number to speak to a member of the company. Yet this company still sends automated requests to me to take up Jobs when short staffed. Why would I want to give up my time for any company who isn't guaranteed to pay me for services rendered in the end?

    I worked for this company ********* and they won't reach out to me about my money. These people don't need to be in business cause they don't know how to handle business themselves. They have a lot of complaints against them about the same situation if I can receive my money owed to me I won't work any assignment for them again

    I downloaded the shiftsmart app to do work and create my own schedule and earn extra income.*Shiftsmart has went downhill every since the latest updates in the app; which is one of the main reasons why theirs so many negative reviews. I've worked for shiftsmart for almost a year and every since they've been updating the app I have not been getting shifts in my location even after creating a new account and completing the onboarding steps like updating my address along with how often I'm available and adding a valid payment and the training process which I'm already trained and of course passing my background check. The automatic chat bot does not answer real questions. Theirs no way to email or contact a "real" agent in the app or from the shiftsmart website. Shiftsmart used to be great for earning a little extra money and building my career. The shiftsmart app needs to be updated to where they respond to people's questions or problems they encounter with the app itself. Instead of them banning innocent people's account just for trying to work a four hour shift at different Circle K stores. As this has happened to me. They post new shifts every 72 hours and as often as I check the app for future shifts I still haven't received shifts to accept in my location or any location every since all the recent updates. Of course theirs no way of contacting them to ask "why". This app has became s***** and I'm not waisting no more time trying to find shifts to accept in my location. Good luck to those who are still hanging on and are able to continue accepting shifts to complete to build there career.
