      Debt collector refuses to provide either a satisfaction of judgment or a refund. I keep getting strung along and we are now months past date to provide a satisfaction.

      Hello, pursuant to your correspondence attached, am I to understand that you are effectively voiding, violating and Breaching the Contract that we entered into? While there is approximately $10,000.00 of my money on hold in the account of *************************** p/k/a ***** which was placed there by you! +Asset Pursuit as a result of said contract. And the basis of this so-called 'decision' to Breach our contract is what? ***************************** contends that the people at www.assetpursuit.com are very emotional people. Asset pursuit was rude and racially disrespectful to ***************************** as well as insubordinate in nature, position and employment. When **************** refused to tolerate such disrespect and returned said disrespect, as a result, the contract was illegally voided by asset pursuit, costing **************** $10,000.00 which was frozen in the bank account mentioned above, and ultimately more than $40,000.00 in recovery funds. **************** believes that Asset Pursuit is legally liable to **************** for said funds.**************** will be filing a lawsuit against Asset Pursuit ********************************************************************************* on this coming Monday 8/8/2023 for Breach of Contract for an unspecified amount as a direct result of the Breach of Contract

      -No funds were received on behalf of this legal matter. In fact, in order to proceed with enforcement *************** was informed by our attorney on July 11, 2023: 'Should we proceed with a Turnover, costs associated with filing the necessary documentation with the court would be deducted. The Turnover would require the bank to comply with an Execution. The Marshal requires a small fee for serving the execution, and if were successful, theyll deduct 5% from the amount they receive from the bank before distributing the funds from our office.' To which *************** responded with 'my reply is no! Keep the money where it is.  Let her keep it.'  

      -*************** is free to hire another firm to work on his case.
