      I purchased 100 ten-drink gift cards from Joe and the Juice and they stopped honoring them. There is no expiration date. I've emailed back and forth with them a number of times, and I would be ok with a full refund for the unused cards or replacement gift cards that are each worth 10 drinks each (same as the original paper cards). I have provided them with my original receipt, yet despite some back and forth with them by email, they have stopped responding to my messages and I have 20 gift cards worth approximately $2000 total that they are not honoring or refunding.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

       I am happy if they actually follow through with what they offered, but I sent in the unused cards and have heard nothing back since they were sent on April 11. I had FINALLY received a response from them outside of the process with BBB, and they said they will refund me if I return the cards. Date timeline:

      - 4/11/24 - *********************** at Joe and the Juice made the offer to trade in the cards in exchange for a refund

      - 4/16/24 - As soon as I returned from a trip, I sent the cards Priority Mail with tracking information.

      - 4/16/24 - I sent an email to *********************** notifying him that I sent the cards to him per his instructions. I never received a response.

      - 4/18/24 - According the ***** the package was delivered at 4:22 pm on April 18, 2024.

      - 4/23/24 - after receiving no response to my 4/16/24 email, I followed up with ****, sending him this... "Please confirm you have received the drink cards in the mail and advise when I should received the refund."  I never received a response.

      - 4/24/24 - After receiving no response to my 4/16 or 4/23 emails, I sent this following email... " I never received a response.

      - 4/29/24 - After receiving no response to my 4/16, 4/23 or 4/24 emails, I sent this following email... "Good morning **** - Please confirm you have received the drink cards in the mail and advise when I should received the refund."

      I have now heard nothing from the company in ********************************** So while their offer of a refund is acceptable, their lack of follow through on what they promised me is not. This whole situation is terrible. I purchased drink cards from them that they have refused to honor. I had to fight for months to get them to refund my purchase, and now they are ghosting me. Please help.
