      It doesnt surprise me that **** is NOT accredited! I spent $3000. on a refrigerator just six years ago, and it completely broke down and was unable to be repaired! I called and complained how when spending that amount of money, it should have lasted 30 years! They said I was beyond the five year warranty and couldnt do anything! I had to go out and buy another refrigerator! Im a senior on a fixed income and told them I didnt have that kind of money to replace it. They said a customer agent would call me back. I never heard from them! SAVE YOUR MONEY SMEG ID NOT WORTH IT!

      Not a trust worthy company. You would figure for the amount of money that you are spending in the product the customer service would actually be helpful! They completely lied to me. I was gifted a kettle and decided to return it. I wanted store credit since I was planing on purchasing other items. Already have a toaster which this far is working fine. I was told by one representative that I would be able to return the item and receive credit. I returned the item. I followed up with several messages letting them know it had been returned. Finally, they got back to me and said they received the return and I would receive a refund in the form of original payment. Completely shocked. I asked for the item to be sent back to me. Never heard back! I will not be purchasing again from this company which is terribly sad since the items are of good quality and look nice in my kitchen. Everyone who visits me loves my toaster but I will continue to share this horror story of lies that were told to me by the company themselves. Absolutely awful.

      I have a smeg blender, toaster and coffee maker. I purchased all 3 from my local retailer. So far the blender and the toaster are fine. The coffee maker makes the worst cup of coffee. Extremely bitter everytime. I have read all directions. Bought different brands of coffee. You would think that for the price of this coffeemaker it should make a decent cup of coffee. I had a cuisinart coffee maker for years. Less than 1/2 the price of smeg and cuisinart makes excellent coffee.The biggest dissapointment is that I have contacted the company on 3 separate occasions and they never got back to me. My advice - Do not purchase any of their products. Poor customer service and hit and miss on appliance performance.

      The worst company to ever exist. I had bought a stand mixer and upon turning it on it was making a strange noise. I emailed Smeg and they were clearly annoyed and did not want to deal with me. An email was mistakenly sent to me where smeg employees were talking c*** about me while emailing among themselves, but accidentally sent one of those emails to me. Extremely rude and unprofessional and just utterly disgusting to treat a CUSTOMER this way especially when I had just spent almost $600 dollars for a crappy stand mixer. Save your money and go with KitchenAid instead. The customer is beyond terrible and so are the products. I have warned all my friends and family about this situation. I have no words to describe how absurd this is. Dont ever buy anything from this unreliable, incompetent, rude, disgusting company!! Also, I went to instagram to leave my story in their comments and within a few minutes they deleted it haha! Losers. Oh and by the way, the feeling is mutual if you were wondering, Smeg.

      My wife bought smeg dishwasher because it was pretty. It did a great job for about 3 years no complaints on product. **************** on the other hand was no help at all! I never was able to speak to anyone, in parts department as well, and you go round and round. A generic email come up but goes no where. My father-in-law ended fixing the problem. BE READY TO FIX IT YOURSELF!

      I just need a follow up reply for SMEG USA Case # ****. I've been trying to reach SMEG USA via phone and email several times without any luck: Phone calls go to voicemail after 11 minutes, I don't get a call back, and emails inquiries do not get a reply either. I want to see what my options are to fix my SMEG drip coffee maker. Thank you in advance

      Horrible customer service. The temperature adjustment has not worked since the refrigerator was delivered. Have been trying and trying and TRYING to get some sort of assistance from their service center for over 3 months now. Nothing but run around. It is under warranty so dont want to bring in an uncertified repair person. Therefore I have a $4,000 refrigerator that just doesnt work. At my **** end and dont know what else to do.

      I purchased a beautiful Smeg 2-slot toaster from Wayfair So excited to get it and first toast was dark one side & light on the other. I sent a picture and ******* said the issue would be resolved within 72hrs. I have also called Smeg 4 times and waited for 10 min then a recording comes on to leave a detailed message. Each time I called I've left all the information they need and they still haven't reached out to me. This is almost comical how this company could be still be in business I can't even give this a one star review

      Amazingly poor service. My dishwasher has a broken lower spray arm. I've replaced it at my own expense a year ago. Fast forward not even 1 year, a few months ago, and it split down the middle again, just like last time. Then the saga begins:I call, takes forever to get a real person. I finally got a hold of someone... *******. He promised he'd send a replacement. No email confirmation, no delivery attempt... not one reply after THREE attempts to see what the status is.It's like they are running this support team out of a basement with half-hearted employees who have no organization skills or processes to follow.Voicemails never get answered. Emails are a black hole. Good luck getting someone on the phone.SMEG - wake up. Support IS part of the product. Fix this, please. This house we purchased came with these SMEG appliances, but I would steer clear of them.

      The worse **************** ever. I bought the induction cook top and it got broken in 3 weeks.3 burners stopped work .I did try to call customer service for weeks and they did answer ones and told me to submit all info via emale and i did it. No answer or respond for weeks and nobody picks the phone again.Finally after two month service representative by the name ******************************* did assure me that he will help me to replace the cook top since it under manufacturer warranty and after that i cant reach him on the phone again.Its been 3 month i don't have cook top.Run away from Smeg produkts because when you will have problems there is no help.
