    I was kind enough to remove my negative review in the middle of the renovation as the business promised to fix the delay, which was never taken seriously. Contract signed with them on July 2021, and the project officially ended (if we could even say end!!) ** August 2022. It was a one bedroom apartment (converted to two bedroom), without them doing the painting and a few other things due the high cost, - somehow this small project took more than a year. The communication has been very poor throughout other than in the beginning (quick and responsive to get you sign the contract, after that, you are on your own!). It took multiple follow **** nagging and etc. to make them address every little small thing. Board approval was not acted upon until I followed up which wasted another few months. It seems they don't really read their emails or track things. Management has a very aggressive attitude when they do call as promised. Or they just don't call. Not to mention project manager was changed half way without informing and all the other frustrating issues. We had to sell our apartment $100,00-$120,000 short due to the interest increase and market change happened during these delays. Let alone maintenance we had to pay for an unoccupied apartment in Manhattan. Honestly this has been so agitating that I decided I would just let it go without leaving a review and revisiting the painful experience, but no!! They still have not fixed my billing issue and rebilled me again for something they promised to correct and get back in May!!!
