    I had a very bad experience with this hair removal laser business. Not only did the treatments fail to reduce hair growth, but they actually caused more hair to grow in the treated areasa condition I later learned is called paradoxical hypertrichosis. On top of that, I now have scars on my skin that werent there before!When I brought up my concerns about the results and scarring, they were dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to take any responsibility.This experience has left me feeling worse than before I started treatment. I would strongly advise anyone considering laser hair removal to stay far away from this place. Do your research and go to a reputable clinic with certified, skilled professionals.

    The complaint against us has a few statements that are incorrect or misleading. The first is that we were never dismissive of his Davids Claim. We received an email from ***** and we replied the very next morning apologizing for the experience and asking if he can come in so we can take a look to see if we can help. He replied that he was not interested in coming in and just wanted the insurance information, which we provided after his reply. We contacted the insurance company and they said there is nothing else for us to do that ***** needs to contact them. Therefore we we were not dismissive as it is written in the complaint. The second point we feel is incorrect is his evaluation of the results. ***** wrote an email to us on 6/27/24 stating that he wanted to change his stomach area to chest area. We replied that this was not a good idea as most likely you would need all 6 sessions in the same area to see good results. However he pushed for this change in person and against our own advice we allowed him to do it. In laser hair removal many times 6 sessions is not enough, it can take from 9-12 sessions over all. So he refused to follow our advice. When it comes to the burns or scars, I have to admit that I dont see scars, but I see red dots that look like pimples. We have been in business for over 4 years at this location and we have never seen a burn like this, however is hard to judge from a pic and thats why we asked ***** to come in but he chose not to which is his right. In all the sessions that he came in he never mentioned any burns or discomfort, on the contrary he requested higher and higher settings. We work really hard is providing great customer service as you can see with our many reviews. This is the first time someone has put such a complaint. As I mentioned above we have given in our insurance information and the next step is for ***** to contact them directly. We hope for the best for ***** and we can help further we sure will. Thank you.
