      I dropped my shoes off to be cleaned on March 3 2023. They issued a refund March 22 with no explanation. I had to call several times to find out they could not clean the shoes. I live out of state and they said they would mail them to me. My shoes are still not even mailed and I need them. They said they have to resolve their issue with their courier before they can send me my shoes. I told them this was unacceptable. People mail things every day. Another week has passed without them sending my shoes.

      I gave ByNext my shirts (5 in total) One week ago. By shirts were initially scheduled to be delivered on Friday March 17th. Every day they sent a last minute text saying their delivery will have to be postponed to the next day. Every attempt I've made to contact them I've received vague non answers by text without any answer to my questions. I still haven't received my clothes.

      They have lost my clothes and are not responding to my texts or calls or emails that they're supposedly tracking. Horrible customer service and support and they're not reimbursing me for my lost clothes. It was 16 lbs bag of clothes.

      I ordered dry cleaning for my weighted blanket from ByNext, a service that had been performed before, and this time they held the blanket for over a week, told me it couldnt be cleaned, and returned it to me completely damaged. Theyve been unresponsive to all of *********** and have refused to provide a reimbursement for the item that they ruined.

      We were unable to offer reimbursement as we did not service the blanket. It was returned unclean due to the state of the fabric, color and make-up we declined the clean the item. 

       

      Additionally, it was received stained and acknowledged when placing the order.

      I am a customer and resident at ******************************** in Manhattan. I dropped off two of my best white dress shirts on June 29, 2022 for a wedding that I was to attend. When I went to pick up my shirts 2 weeks later- they had been lost by ****** *** cleaners.They remain lost. Please tell me how to proceed to obtain reimbursement for my valuable property that Bynext has lost.I contacted the manager ******* by email about one month ago and received no response
