      My Eldest brother and I have been dealing with this Law firm regarding our deceased father Camp Lejuene, settlement for at least 2 years, we recently discovered they are full of B.S. They had no real intentions to help us with an settlement. Sadly there's no integrity or accountability on their part for misleading innocent clients. My 68 yr old Brother doesn't have long to live, being on disability with multiple health issues. I would never recommend this Attorney firm to anyone, we finally located someone in our area with a proven track record very small company with wonderful reviews.

      Negative ZERO stars Cancer is Cancer was glad to take the cases heard nothing for a year. Then I reach out and get a Bullcrap well we were covering that cancer but no more. Couldn't bother telling me that. Never again with their lies and scams. Just torture of cancer radiation and complications. Little guy LOSES again!

      Absolutely the worst.. Settle these mesothelioma cases for pennies, so they don't have do anything.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, do the research and find another firm.. the " best mesothelioma" practice in *****************, is absolutely not ********** yourself the heartache

      My hernia mesh litigation hasn't been concluded yet, but from my experience, they're usually pretty respectful and responsive I have had like **** different paralegals in the last 5 years but other than that, I feel like they answer my questions pretty quickly and don't avoid me or anything, im kind of surprised to see so many bad reviews, I guess ill find out once I get my settlement.

      It's important to remember that law firms like ours are always motivated to obtain the highest award amounts for our clients since that is the only way we get compensated, so there's a built-in mechanism for that.

      It must be said that law firms do not control the process - just their own aspects - and rarely are 2 cases exactly alike.

      That all being said, we wish you only the best with your case's completion.

      It's really sad to realize the attorney that you are supposed to trust is taking advantage of you. It doesn't seem right for the attorney to receive a higher payout than the client.My settlement for the ******* claim was $127,669.50. My payment was $31.743.41. *********************************************** payment was $57,451.27. It seems crooked to me.Trust is a very fragile thing and ********************************************* has lost mine.If I ever need and attorney for this type of case I will NOT use these people.

      Weitz and lux is the worst law firm ever. Please do not use this greedy, heartless law firm. They don't answer simple questions and they don't call back to you in a timely manner, when they do answer questions they are extremely vague and always lacking essential details which i believe they do on purpose to change things in there favor. The only true winners in the ******** case were ******** and the all the greedy law firms. The victims received pennies, super insulting. I truly don't understand how these law firms sleep at night.
