      I can see that I'm wasting my time leaving this review, because many before me have done so and I'm dealing with the same issues as far as delays and customer service. Best thing we can all do is not to give our money to companies like this and spend it where you're treated with respect and dignity. The customer service was horrible too, it felt like I was talking to someone with no soul and didn't care about us or thier business. This was the last purchase ever for me.

      Placed order Black Friday purses never shipped in time they said when I got an email that they was a delay. Call twice to let them know they were Christmas gift and needed them by then. They said yes! Twice. Never got delivered on promises date called again saying they dont know when they will ship talked to a manager and he offered to send different bags at the price I paid the originals. Got shipping notification notice that the address was incorrect. Again called customer service got an incompetent rep that basically told me to know on the person door and demand I get the package. I told her I was not going to put my life in danger. At that point I had so much anxiety that I did not want to deal with them no more. My package was returned to sender so I call again and another rep said she was going to send them (after taking to 3 reps that refused to help or let me talk to a manager). I got the email that they were processing. Woke up the next day and to my surprise my order was canceled. I called again and I did get a manager that help and sent me an email saying my order was going to ship and I would get a confirmation email 12/11. Here we are 12/12 and not email no response form manager ***** ***************************** (name on email) Im left in limbo. **************** is horrible and I really dont want to keep calling so if anyone has a corporate number that would be great

      My husband and I visited this location while we were out of town. We were greeted by an employee who informed us of their Black Friday sale for the day. About 5 minutes later, that same employees tried whispering to a male employee hey make sure you really watch that guy over there as if my husband came to steal from their store. I really hate being racially profiled. All black people dont steal! I will be calling corporate on this location. I really wished I got her name. We instantly walked out after I heard what was said. Do better people. The location we visited is ************************************************. WONT BE BACK!!!!

      Coach sent me a package with nothing in box. I requested a return, told me they could not give me my money back. Offered credit only. This is thievery.

      On July 12, 2023 I placed an order for 3 items, Nolita 19, zip card case and signature ******* necklace, with a 5-7 business day delivery. The necklace came with one ******* missing the pink ring, I called the rep said I would get a replacement and keep the first one no charge, if the second one came damaged or missing pieces send them both back for a full refund, It never came I received my Nolita 19 love it, the zip card case never came so I called On July 18, 2023 and inquired about it, first I was told it was on the way, second call, back order, third call, being delivered from **********, 4th called its cancelled after the supervisor talked to someone at the ********** store she had to call me when she should've had the call come to her. They claim to have sent a gift card via email never got it. This online company is trash and a waist of time. They went on to charge me for the necklace and the Nolita 19 was cancelled but a charge instead of a refund came out at 3am. I called my back to put in a dispute. The customer service members have no knowledge, don't know how to use the phone, transferred me to a survey in the middle of a call, didn't call back, no one is on the same page, they apologize but don't fix the problem, They charge you for items not received cause why did I get a charge and I don't have the wallet. Why are you selling something in the picture (necklace) and you send something else with pieces missing. It's better if you go into the outlet. I will never order online from them again. I will find an outlet. They are keeping peoples money and charging your card when they want.

      DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM COACH!!I returned two purses to Coach that I bought online. The purses were sent to me in a cardboard box, not wrapped in tissue paper or in a pouch. No tags or receipts were included, so you dont know what theyve sent you. I was upset and the items looked used so I sent them back and have been waiting for a month and a half for a refund! **************** keeps lying to me and saying a refund was issued and then they said a gift card was issued, I received nothing, its all lies! They have the purses and my money! They are scammers! I just filed a dispute with my bank and will just have to get my money back that way.

      Hello. I returned a pair of joggers I purchased for my husband, but they didn't fit him. They were returned 12/1/22 and your company signed for them 12/5/22. I was advised it would take 5-7 days to receive my refund. I still have not received my refund. I do not recommend purchasing from Coach.

      Unfortunately, I ordered a product that I had screenshoted only one week prior, where it was listed at 65% off. They then in a few weeks had a 20% off sale and I fell for it and bought the product, but then went and looked back and they had changed that discount to 60%. So, in reality I probably only received maybe a 10% discount. That is very deceptive to raise a price before you have a sale. Shame on you, *****

      Long story short - I was told a refund was being processed on 9/15, then I was sent an e-gift card after speaking with Coach over 10 times over a month and a half. I was told it was okay to ship within 30 days, I even tried to return in person and the store was closed for two days straight, and was told Id be getting a refund, to my ******, which according to ******* was processed on 9/15/22. How can a refund be processed then I get an e-gift card? Thats sketchy!So I called customer service and I am so sorry to say this, but the person I spoke with either didnt care, was distracted, or couldnt understand the situation. They were nice but... slow. However, they told me they could see my email correspondence with the previous representatives and they say they will escalate me to a supervisor, *****. After waiting, no joke, an HOUR AND 15 MINUTES on hold, I hear Hi this is ***** who do I have the pleasure of speaking with? then the phone disconnects.I call back - hours of my time wasted at this point. It takes another 15 minutes to get ***** back on the phone. ***** says that she does not have the ability to see my previous email conversations where I was told all of this incorrect information (even though her support specialist had access to these prior chats? Thats a straight up lie) and tells me there is nothing they can do since the item was returned after 30 days. ***** clarifies that Coach must receive the item within *************************************** 30 days - which is a terrible, terrible policy. I explained how long shipping took and how the store was closed near me two days in a row - didnt matter, there was nothing ***** could do, apparently. ***** even said, you ordered it in July, its now October which was very condescending. Like, yeah, THATS THE PROBLEM, *****! In what world does it take this long to just get an e-gift card? Something is so not right, and borderline scammy here.
