Please Help. ****** *********************** doing business as Large Than Lice, Large ****************** "(previously known as Lice Treatment Group)"; Is refusing to return my deposit of $1,425 for a "course" of Lice removal via online (value of "$2,997") but if I started paying before the course starts (May), I will save "$1,000" of the "course" and I will be only paying "$1,997". I received a "QR code" that will allow me to pay the rest before the "course" start date and for the course class access after I finish paying for the course. I went to her website to make another deposit, her system requests full payment. *** course is for Lice removal, stating in spanish videos on ******* you can make "$4,000, $2,500 ... a DAY" NOT A WEEK, A DAY.I'm Semi-Disabled, for me this was fantastic like a prayer. Hi ******!
I'm ********* ******'s assistant.
Thank you so much for letting us know about this person. He's been trying to contact us since May 3rd, 2022 through our different communications channels, like our website, phone number and email as you can see below:
The problem with ********************* is that we already explained him that we do not have any charge from his card reflected in our system, the only transaction we have is from May 3rd, 2022 but was canceled immediately by his own bank:
We tried to contact him several times in May but he didn't answer our calls nor emails, so we thought he finally understood, but it was a surprise for us that now he's back contacting our lawyer and leaving reviews that are not true.
We believe that he is trying to scare us by threatening to go to the media and legal authorities but we have proof that the only payment that ***** tried to make was never processed, so this a big misunderstanding or a total scam.
I contacted the police department but they said what he's doing is not a crime, also we contacted a lawyer to process a civil lawsuit against him but he said it can't be processed as a lawsuit so basically there's nothing we can do against him, although he keeps doing this type of thing.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
Have a good day!*********Customer Answer

Since January ************************************************* the ** to become lice experts, we help them with the creation of their website, promotion on social media, provider contact info, how to do a successful treatment, among other things.
In May we started the new season of the course and we had around 25 subscribers with no complaints but on May 3rd we got social media comments, emails and chats from a person named ********************* stating that he wanted a refund for the amount of the course. We tried to contact him several times to explain that in our system (Stripe) the transaction didn't go through due to a cancellation from his own bank, as you can see in the 1st screenshot, but we never got a response. He insisted many times but we never were able to contact him because he didn't answer our calls or emails, and if he had, he would know that we as a company do not have any QR code to process payments
He stopped harassing us in May but in August contacted our lawyer and he made threats that if he doesn't get a refund he will report ****** and the Academy to various ***************** and the local news.
I called the police ***** and sent an email but they said that what he's doing is not a crime, we also looked for legal options like a civil lawsuit but the civil litigation lawyer said there's nothing we can really do to protect ourselves more than what we've already done.As Academy, we have proof that our system never charged ************************* card and that we have been trying to clarify this misunderstanding through our different communication channels, however, the only time he picked the phone and talked to ******, she explained him that the payment never was processed, he insisted over and over again that it did, we asked for bank statements to be able to process the refund but he has never showed proof that as he states we charged his card with the $1,997.00 of the course, and he has proof of it in the last screenshot he sent named 123_1(4) that he payment was CANCELED.
