    I booked a sprinter through *************** for a four hour service on 8/24. The limo was supposed to pick up my guests and drop us at a concert and then return us back to the pick up location. Apparently, book-a-limo is just a broker and they sent my booking to another company, so we are picked up with coolers, bags, jackets and other items. We are driven 15 minutes to the venue, dropped off and as we are getting out of the sprinter van, the driver says goodbye. I had arranged parking for him and said "what do you mean good bye?" He said it was just a drop off service. His boss calls me and says it was just a drop off. I tell him no, I paid for three hours and he needs to wait and return us home. We go back and forth and ultimately I have to pay for an additional four hours (another $600), as they only charge in four hour increments, just like I had previously paid book-a-limo. The next day I tried to contact book-a-limo, they say it was a drop off service, which contradicts the four hour minimum claim, since the venue was 15 minutes from my house. As you can see from the receipt attached, I had to pay for three hours, it is clearly marked in the receipt that the service was for three hours.

    Nov 3 & 6 2022 Hired a sedan for transport from/to airport/hotel. Paid $400 . Received call for an additional $190.09. Got taxis instead. Three different entities involved in transaction. Still trying to get my $400 back. Rate for taxi same drive approximate $48 x2 =$96
