    Their site promises shipping within one to two days but "may be an additional 1-2 days due to holidays." The order was processed (and billed to my account) on Tuesday, September 26. Its now Saturday, September 30 and the order is still listed as "unfulfilled" and hasnt shipped. Repeated runarounds and canned email responses. To my knowledge, there are no holidays affecting shipment at this time. Very disappointed in this company, will not order again.
