      If you buy something in the store and afterwards change your mind and go to the store to return this item, and mean time buy something else they would do a exchange transaction instead to do refund and start new transaction! So if again you want to return the item you bought day ago because it doesnt fit you you will be surprised as their policy in exchange transaction is only offers you a store credit! No refund to your original payment method, also they even not mention it to you at the time of purchase which is shocking me!! They tried to keep you with their store and freeze your money! Definitely not recommend them at all! This was my 2nd time I bought something from this brand but definitely a last!!!! ************, **

      As a first time buyer I purchased $200.00 in bras from Intimissimi at ***************** that caused physical pain & damage to my skin (Which I have photos of) & when i tried to return them they do not accept returns without The tag on them. they shouldve told me to wear them with the tags on as it is not a common practice for me to wear my lingerie with the tags on. I am a very long ********* ****** customer and I never had any issues with ********* ****** bras causing physical damage through the wires on my skin or rashes and irritation, and if I did, they would have accepted the bras as a return or exchange. I feel its quite a scam to sell bras that are defective and then not accept them back within the 30 day trial that is noted on the receipt.

      I placed an order through their website. The package showed delivered but I never received it. I reached out to customer support who responded and said that they would look into it but no response in over a week. I reached back out to support and received the same cookie cutter message and no assistance. The customer support experience has been unacceptable, to say the least and I spent over $100 as a first time buyer and I now have to foot the bill without having to receive the product.

      They pretend they are nice and polite but they are awful. I sent a picture of a broken strand on their product and they emailed back saying we dont know it thats even our product . I was shocked. I guess they meant that I went out after buying their product and waiting for the days to arrive and bought another one that looks just like it, broke it and sent them a picture to get what? I have since been trying to leave a review on their site for others to k ow about the product issue and I am unable to. I can only find my order in their site if I use track my order. I received no points for the 90 euros order. Its like I made a purchase but they dont consider me a customer yet. Weird. I asked for an agent to call me days ago and today I was awoken by a call at 5:45 am. The lady was rude. Asked me what my problem was with the product as if I had not already sent 100 emails about the issue and then her voice went mute. She never called back. Awful customer service. Dont buy.

      **************** is horrible. They messed up with my order, didnt ship it for almost three weeks, refused to cancel and return money. They are not responding to emails for weeks. There is no option to request return label online even. This is the worst service I have ever received and I am still fighting to return the order I dont need anymore and get refund - a month after I placed it.
