      Order and paid for items that I never received. They are refusing to give refund or resend the products purchased. I was never able to talk to a real person to get resolution. Shady company, find another.

      UNACCEPTABLE! Within two days of receipt, I returned order #***** on October 31, 2023, requesting a full refund of the $183.90 paid. I delivered the return package with RMA print out in person to the ********, ** business address noted for returns on the website and return instructions. The building concierge accepted my package and placed it with other deliveries for the business.I have left three messages with the answering service requesting the status of my refund and was told each time I would receive a call back or email within ***** hours. I have also sent four emails. I have yet to receive a response to any of my inquiries.
