  SCAM! I applied for a loan, was "approved", turned in all my paperwork including connecting my bank, sending in proof of ownership, my social, my ID and everything. Was supposed to be a 1-2 day process. I have called and emailed for 3 weeks now and haven't gotten in touch with a single person. The customer service line just takes your number and says a specialist will reach out to you. LIES! They will even try and sweet talk you and say they will mark it as urgent. What really irks me is that they claims to give you your own specilized agent that will answer any questions you have. I have emailed her over and over and no reply. I have reached out so many times and no one is ever available or will call you back.Very convinced that they are just collecting our personal and financial information to scam. Very upset about this experience and it really caused a lot of issues with my business because I was depending on the loan after I was approved. I wouldn't recommend them to a single soul!

  We are very sorry you feel this way and apologize for the miscommunication you felt during our interaction. We are absolutely not a scam and tried repeatedly to contact you once you started going through our portal to provide us with the pertinent information and documentation for financing. We needed a few more pieces of information and attempted to contact you but to no avail. You finally got back to us via our customer service department and once we had the right information we got what we needed and tried to get you approved for financing. Once we did, and got you an approval, you were not interested and frustrated by the process. We completely understand that and wished we were able to connect earlier and dissuade any misconceived notions about the process and 1West. Once you conveyed to us you were not interested in the offer we were able to receive on your belief, we cancelled your application and discarded any documentation you sent to us. We wish you luck in the future and hope you are able to get financing through someone in the future.

  I applied for business credit I have over 750 score on all 3 bureau's no negatives. Was told all I needed was 4 months bank statements to prove that I made over ***** a month which I was able to provide 1st they would not accept one bank statement because the business is under my name but when they realized that was a business banking account they told me to resume it all 8 statements again I did do that and then they still rejected me stating I did not meet their income requirement which makes no sense because their income requirement is ********************************************************************************************************************************************* under because I never stayed at it. Seemed very unfair and not very transparent of the reason why I was not funded

  I was recently getting my second loan from them. This time for my business expansion. It's a pleasure to deal with such. They know their products, and they can find the best option financing for any situation. The staff here is diligent and knowledgeable and provides a very high level of service. Highly recommended all around!

  Fast, efficient and friendly.....I think that best describes our experience with ***** and the folks at *****. We have used their services for almost 5 yrs now and have completed at least 6 transactions .... always with excellent service and response. ***** is a great resource and he is able to look around for the best partners for us. I would highly recommend ***** and ***** to anyone that is looking for a long term finance partner.

  I have used them three times in past, they always fast respond and they try to get you the best rate they can. I did use different company in the past they all try to scam you but this company always when you need them always there for you especially ***** he tried to work with you what is the best for you and your need. I really recommend them service to anyone try to get finance for them business.
