      Purchased BRICS luggage on 5/10/23. Returned 1 item worth $147.00. I followed return policy instructions sending item back on 5/15/23 and BRICS received it on 5/18/23. I emailed BRICS company when I did not see a credit to my credit card. The representative ******** (customer care manager) stated that the paperwork I placed in the box was not there. I then sent her pictures of exactly what went inside the box. Then she said she would refund me. She said the invoices disappear a lot (that is not my problem). I only received a refund of $53.20 (on May 26th) out of the $147.00 for the item I returned. I have emailed her again and am waiting for another smug response. If I did not take the photos of the luggage and all the paperwork they requested they would have said they couldnt refund me because the paperwork was missing. Not good. They do not provide return shipping so I had to pay $31.00 to ship it back by *** and they tell you to have it insured as well. I just want the remainder of the money back for the item I returned. They make it very difficult but I followed their instructions exact. They owe me $93.80.
