      My daughter purchased a Goyard bag at the ** Goyard store in June 2024. She gifted this bag to me for my birthday. I have used the bag occasionally; the outside logo branding began to rub off on all four corners of the bag. The damage was clear and extensive. I contacted Goyard through their online assistance form on several occasions and received no response. In May 2025, I was in ** and brought the bag to the store. They said they would need to take the bag and send it to *** to determine repairs and cost!!! This was a brand new bag. I gave them the bag. They said I would hear back from them in 2 weeks. I has now been 5 weeks. I have contacted them and received no response. This bag was $1700+ This is unacceptable and completely irresponsible.

      This business refused to refund me fee charged for services promised but not provided (shipping fee), and refused to correct sales tax error made in the transaction (charged me the wrong county tax). I'm requesting a refund of $74.86 of shipping fee and sales tax difference.

      I purchased a Sac Artois PM VERT (Brand: GOYARD; total price:$2378.89) at ************************************************************* on 11/13/23 at 4:45pm. *********************** was my sales advisor for this purchase. Two days later on 11/15/23 around 2:00pm, I returned to the boutique to return my handbag. They told me that they can only do store credits for my return. I was never informed of the return policy. They said you signed on the receipt that means you know the return policies, so I told them that I thought the signature is only for the credit card authorization, that's the common knowledge. ***** my sales rep never gave me clear return instructions. ***** and his supervisor told me that all sales advisers would inform their customers in advance before their purchases. I was never informed by *****. I also mentioned to the supervisor to check the cameras to confirm my statements. He said it wouldn't matter because this is binding policy. This is fraud because I was never informed of the binding policy in the first place. I told them, I respect the policy but if I was informed beforehand, I wouldn't have made the purchase. They said you're not a first time buyer, you should know. I did buy something here a long time ago but I'm not an employee, so why should I remember said rules? After communicating with them, I didn't want to cause any more trouble for them, so I chose to exchange. In the end I couldn't find an exchange, so I chose store credit because they couldn't refund me money. ***** proceeded to put away all the handbags in the room and when he came out, he threw my receipt on the table, and I felt very uncomfortable when I saw his attitude like this. The footage can prove my statement. I asked ***** if this store credit has an expiration date, he said "NO". He was once again deceiving me, because when I got back to the car, I read the voucher carefully, it clearly said it was only valid for six months. This is considered to be fraud and deceit of a paying customer!

      In August 2022, I took my Goyard bag to the Goyard ************* store for repair of handles. I paid $472.52 for their service, including shipping to have the repaired bag shipped to my home. Initially, Goyard told me the repair would take two months. I followed up with Goyard in October and they said there was a 5-6 week delay and that they would provide complementary shipping. I asked for a refund of the shipping fee. The shipping fee was never refunded (please see email attached). Moreover, the repair was defective - the part of the handle that attaches to the bag was stitched in crookedly (please see email). I notified Goyard that the repair was defective and clearly communicated that I did not want my bag to be "repaired" again. Goyard asked to send the bag back to them for "expedited evaluation" of the bag after which they would be able to propose a solution. Subsequently, Goyard contacted me saying that my bag had been "completed" and that they would send it to me (please see email). I received my bag soon thereafter and saw that Goyard had merely re-stitched the handle leaving exposed the holes from the previous crooked stitching. Without proposing any solutions, Goyard had unilaterally "re-repaired" my bag without my consent, and in the process, damaged my bag. I immediately contacted Goyard and asked for a refund for repair even though they in fact ruined my bag but Goyard has stated that they do not provide refunds. I am now left with a damaged bag.Goyard has damaged my bag and I request to be made whole. Please help me get my refund of $472.52 and replacement bag from Goyard.
