I needed documents printed to present to the *** on Monday morning 7/10. I placed an Online Print order through *** on Saturday 7/8. The documents were to be printed at *** Store **** (***********************************************************) and my due date for the form was Sunday 7/9 at 2:30PM. When I went to the store on Sunday 7/9 at 3PM, I was told by the person working there that they couldn't print any documents because the manager was not there and that they only offered printing service Mon-Fri when the manager was there. I then asked if there was a way to transfer the order to another ***, and was told no. I then asked for the order to be cancelled, and was told that it couldn't be canceled. I ended up printing at Staples nearby.I emailed the *** Online Print Shop on Sunday 7/9 around 4-4:30PM. On Monday 7/10 at 8:30AM (about), Store **** printed my order. I was then informed by the Online Print Shop that because the order was completed, they couldn't cancel it or refund it, and that I had to speak directly with the store. I emailed Store **** immediately and sent a follow-up on Tues 7/11 at 7:46PM. I received an email this morning from someone else (not the manager per the employee I spoke with subsequently) saying they had tried to call me and that I needed to come to the store to get a refund. When I called the store directly, the employee on the phone said the manager is out this week and that he cannot process any refunds. He also did not know who the person who emailed me is. I have called the store, attempted to email the store, attempted to respond to this "manager" person who directed me to contact the store. I have also emailed the Print Shop and used the Live Chat to discuss with billing, both of whom referred me back to the store. I think I am being deliberately misled and don't know how else to get a refund since no one knows how to do anything. I would like a refund on the order with receipt sent to my email.
