On 11/2/1924 @1:19 PM I had a a package re-routed to *** Store on **** *** for safety reasons. Some orders coming to my Apt. was stolen, so this I thought was the best and safest way to have this package delivered. It was delivered from *****************, going directly to *** Store via ****. The *********** delivered this package to the UPS Store on 11/12/2024 @ 1:19 PM. It was signed by the worker who was their and scanned by the Mail Carrier. Tracking # was, **********************. The details of the tracking indicated it was left at the "front desk, reception area, or mail room . This indicates it was left at the UPS Store, not an Apt. building or anywhere else. When I received the notification of this delivery I immediately called the UPS Store. I spoke to a female and she indicated there was nothing their for me. The package was in ***** ********* name. Which they are familiar with because I gave my name to prevent confusion. The young lady stated there was nothing there for ***** *******. I don't think she looked hard. She indicated that the Mail Carrier scanned the package. What she didn't seem to understand was if the Mail Carrier scanned it it had the package information on it that is why I received the Tracking Information on where it was delivered, etc. I called again on 11/4/2024 to follow up, no one seemed to have a "clue" to where this package was put. I spoke to one of the Supervisors who said he would check and called me back. He never called back to notify me of any information regarding this package. When I called they never picked up the phone. I spoke to three **** ***** two called me personally to try to get to the bottom of what was going on with this delivery, and to investigate what happened. This was "medication", and it cost me $121.00.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  *** reached out yesterday to resolve the above situation.  It seems that a package was indeed delivered to *** Store for me.  What happened according to the Supervisor, a woman mistakenly took the package, without looking at the label, I assume, and he said that he took a look at the store television footage and discovered who the lady was.  He said the lady came back to the store to return the package, that belonged to me, and that he would resend this package out to me via ***.  I agreed to this procedure.

    Sincerely,

    ******* *******
