    On March 31, I dropped off a box to be delivered to me at: c/o *********************, **************************************************************************************. the UPS store initially told me the box had been dropped off at a pick up location. I told them that was not what I paid for and asked, several times, that it be delivered as addressed. It is now April 28, and I still have not received my package. I cannot reach the UPS Store. I need this box and expect it to be delivered to me as the shipping cost was very expensive.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by The UPS Store regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    They said they'd initiate a lost package claim
