      False advertising & received questionably used/missing product. When presented with the concern, they kept ignoring me and removing my comment regarding it. Only care about company image and not quality control or customer experience, clearly. Rather than being professional and clarifying info or even the simple act of just asking what can be done to make things right--wasn't looking for handouts, just clarity--they remove comments and block you. Will never recommend them to anyone purely on the appallingly disgusting handling of customer relations.
