      I have been a member of Ipsos survey program for a few years and have been compensated for surveys. I have redeemed points for rewards and had been getting surveys daily or often many times a day which I completed or attempted. Suddenly July 5 I stopped receiving survey invites. I waited a few days, thinking they did not have any for me. I did not receive any correspondence for several days. July 23 I located an email address for Ipsos at *************************************************************** They replied with a canned answer July 23: Thank you for taking the time to contact us. This email is to confirm receipt of your email and let you know that we will be contacting you shortly.Sincerely,e-Certificates/Digital Rewards If you are contacting us regarding receipt of a digital reward / e-certificate you ordered, please check your SPAM/Junk folders. Often times, e-mail clients flag these reward certificates as SPAM.Sincerely,***************************************************************** I waited and still had not gotten any more correspondence. July 28 I attempted to cash out some of my $371.21 in rewards, thinking maybe this company is not responding, but I could not activate any rewards. I could view them but not activate anything. I emailed them again to this address: ******************************************************* advising them I could not redeem my rewards. I am not getting any reply from any address I send to and would like to redeem my rewards.I do not know whom to contact about this. My account appears to still be active with value in my account but no one is responding. From my page today: Account Balance: ***** points.
