      I cashed in my rewards points for an Amazon gift card which was not subsequently sent to me. I have not received any response from emails sent to ipsos about the matter. I am looking for this to be rectified in the form of the Amazon gift card (**** rewards points) being emailed to me as earned and requested. The points were subtracted from my account.Thanks, ******

      I have done over 277 shops with ipsos shops and never had an issue. Then today *********************, sent me an email saying that my responses for the cellphone shops that I had completed and got 9 or 10 on were quote on quote similar. Its very interesting since the only answers that one can pick are by clicking and there is no written section other than writing about the how the associate treated you which is optional. Its also very interesting how an associate who is trained to know the product and highlight certain features isnt gonna highlight the same features that they were trained to highlight. It seems to me ***** has some issue with me for some unknown reason and has decided to ban me from ipsos because of this similarity in response. She also accused me having issuses with a lowes mystery shop in the past, yet I have never done any mystery shop for lowes so I do not understand this accusation of past transgressions. I would like to have my account restated and be compensated for all the jobs that I did including the ones that ***** just removed from my account which were six cellphone shops and the *** luxury store. I have been a highly loyal mystery shopper for ipsos and to be treated like trash by ***** has really caused me not to trust this company because I just want to make some extra cash and have fun mystery shopping.

      We've gotten in touch with the team handling Mystery Shopping related projects and the participant was removed because he submitted 18 shops with the exact same answer responses. These are smartphone recommendation shops, and statistically it is impossible he would have the exact same interaction and conversation across 18 stores. 

      He has been removed from the mystery shopping related projects and will not be invited to any more.

      Classic response from *****, what evidence do you have to support your statistically impossible assertions. I did not create the report nor did I write anything since one has to click the answers that your company has created. You are clearly just targeting me for some apparent reason and I would someone else to review your conduct and competents as a manager cause clearly you are very incompetent and biased. I will not accept this kind of treatment from anyone including you. The burden of proof is on you and I have done everything that was required as stated by YOUR guidelines.       I have been a member of Ipsos survey site for several years. I've enjoyed making money doing surveys for Ipsos. When I'm ready to withdraw my money it has always been for an Amazon Gift Card which is instant. On 1-26-23 I tried to get a $5 Amazon Gift Card but never received it. I wrote Ipsos and asked about the $5 and they never replied . Then on 2-3-23 I tried to get a $10 Amazon Gift Card but I never got that one either. I have probably sent over 100 messages and they all go unanswered. I don't know what else to do.

      I had been a member in good standing with Ipsos iSay for about 10 years. Recently I stopped getting survey invites and emailed them to find out why. I was told by *****, of the Ipsos iSay Support Team, that:"We have been reviewing our clients research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our needs. Consequently, your account was terminated, and no other survey invitations have been sent to you. This decision was made for market research purposes only, and were sorry if it caused you any inconvenience."I asked about the $8.81 they owe for surveys I already took and never received a response or the PayPal payout. Note that I created a review at Survey Police and ***** responded stating all I had to do was contact them and they would pay me, although she knew I had already done that.

      The above information is on the ********* file I included with my initial complaint. I attached it to this response. Just above you'll see that the url to the contact form was included. That url is ****************************************************. You'll also notice the email adress is ******************************* the email address on my Ipsos account, and what I use to login to their website. I responded to *****'s email asking where the $8.81 was.

      If Ipsos is referring to the email address I use at the BBB, that isn't germane. The email address is my name - **********************************************.

      As I stated in my email to the BBB today, I'll be contacting *************************, *********************************** and the ** Attorney General to see about getting a positive outcome to the issue if Ipsos isn't willing to act in good faith and resolve the issue by remitting the $8.81 to my PayPal account.

      We are really sorry **** feels this way however, lying or not compensation our members is not how we do business. The emails we have sent him were to a ***********' email address, not to the different domain one he is using on The Better Business Bureau platform.

      Ipsos wasn't acting in good faith from the beginning. This could have been resolved on 12/15, but they chose not to.

      I accepted Ipsos's offer of an $8 Amazon gift card back on 3/2, yet here we are again over a month later. They have my email addresses. They could have sent the code to either address ******************************** *******************************************]. If they had any intention on settling the issue they would have sent the code. They have not.

      This is the most recent email correspondence between me and Ipsos:

      I signed up for Ipsos and began taking surveys on December 7. I spent a lot of time doing this. I went to cash in my **** points and it tells me oops you do not have enough points to redeem this reward even when some of the rewards require far less points. I am beyond frustrated because I spent so much of my free time doing this. I do surveys for another company and they are always prompt in giving me my rewards. Ipsos has not responded to my email requesting help on this manner. This makes me feel like Ipsos is a scam.

       I received an email from Ipsos in response to my initial message to them prior to contacting BBB. The contents of this email are as follows:

      This is fine, but I believe I am still entitled to the money I earned before my account was cancelled. I spent several hours answering questions during free time. It is wrong for a company to rob people of time and not pay them what they promised. It is only ***** and that isnt much but it is the principle of the matter.

      ON 12/05/2022 I performed a mystery shop at a Home Deppt in *********;;e, ** for iPSOS. I agreed to perform this service for $55.00 and was given shopper guidelines to follow, as well as a shopping list to use for evaluating the competence and service of the ********** employees. The shopper guidelines stated that I must purchase the exact items and provide a receipt as proof, and if there were any items unavailable on my list to substitute it for an item of the same type and f similar value. When I performed this shop, the majority of products on my list were available and I purchased; however there was a 24 pack of water on my shopping list and this shop was completely out of rock, and does not carry any other 24 pack case of anything, so I asked two different associates to be sure and noted this in my shopper report. However, iPSOS si refusing to provide the wages agreed upon because I did not substitute this item, which could not be substituted. IPSOS is advertising as numerous different company names and advertising high-paying mystery shops, but not paying the mystery shoppers. This is the second assignment Iveperformed through them, the first being through a company owned by them but separate from the iPSOS name, and both assignments were unpaid though they were completed and submitted as the guidelines stated. This is theft. I wasted so much time and effort for nothing. People dont have the finances to lose these days, and it is unnerving to be scammed for your time and effort.

      I have been a member of ipsos for more than 3 years and I have not had a problem claiming the rewards a month ago they have not sent me surveys and I cannot withdraw my reward of **** points, which is equivalent to $40, contact ipsos and they tell me that my account has been canceled without reason and what can you do to accept the conditions but and the rewards.

      I am part of the ************************ through Ipsos. I complete surveys in the community and receive "******" points, which is another app. I have usually been compensated promptly, but I have not received my points for the last 3 surveys, which have been over the last few months. I am owed **** ****** points. I have reached out to support on the community, and they have said they will look into it, but I still have not received a response. I would just like to finally get the points I'm owed.

They pay for surveys completed in Perky Points, which can be redeemed for rewards through another app called ******. It is Ipsos that runs this community though.
