      Ipsos isay takes your data without paying you: you will do entire surveys only to be told you don't qualify to do the survey you already completed for them. I went through this process about 50 times with the same result. After I complained to their support email, the platform then started automatically rejecting me for new surveys it said were available for me to complete, and for about a month now now it's been refusing to show me new surveys whatsoever. I told them to give me the point balance I had accumulated as a Paypal payment, but they won't let you cash out unless you have 510 points. I have about 370. Have over $3 worth of points in my account and I am considering this theft. Send me the money you owe me you absolute thieves. Paidviewpoint is infinitely better.

      I have used it for over a year and it has been good to work with, fast compensation, plenty of surveys that are easy to follow and a wide variety. However, it suddenly stopped working for me. After a week of no surveys and certain elements not loading I contacted customer service. They responded that my account had been terminated, with no warning and no explanation besides that I no longer "fit their customers criteria" and they had the right to terminate any account at any time. Just like that I'm done and forced to leave almost $5 worth of points unredeemed. Cold.All things considered, I think I would still recommend them, just be prepared to say goodbye at any time they randomly choose.

      I've completed about ten or twelve mystery shopping assignments for this company. In my experience, there is no way to get in touch with anyone while you are on assignment. The instructions often don't correlate to the questions in the assignment including acronyms for required photos. I have been rudely treated by first line staff who question my narrative of the facts. So be it. I have deleted my account. In my opinion, the company needs to invest in customer service and empathy training for their staff. The company principals need to become more involved in what the first liners are doing. IPSOS...why don't you shop your own company?

      I've been a Ipsos member for quite some time now and I enjoyed doing the surveys along with the rewards. For about a good month and some change, all of a suddden I wasn't receiving any surveys. Found that was odd for I do all and every survey sent. Contact support several times with no response so I started to go through pass surveys to login and do more surveys and had **** and I redeemed **** for a Amazon gift card. Usually, you would get email right away with reward code and it's been a day and nothing in inbox, spam or junk mail So I decided to call and left message hoping someone will get back to me. This is extremely bad business when you have lack of communication about whether or not your account is suspended (for what reason) or if there's a technical issue. I've spent quality time doing surveys and answered all honestly and openly. For me to lose out on my rewards ....is wrong and deceitful.

      They are not clear with instructions for mystery shops, and when you push back and explain why you did or didn't do something, they make an excuse or don't repond at all. Beware, that you could do an entire shop, and have it rejected because you didn't repond to an email from the client that did not need or ask for a response. No payment ever sent - but they got the survey and market results (for free). Not a reputable company to work with. Made the $100 mistake and time that I can't get back...

      I had been a member of Ipsos iSay for about 10 years. I was recently told: "We have been reviewing our clients research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our needs ... This decision was made for market research purposes only, and were sorry if it caused you any inconvenience."Conveniently, they never thought about paying me for the surveys that I had taken up to the point that they stopped sending me survey invites. They never even bothered to email me to tell me. I never would have known had I not contacted them.

      This company does not even deserve one star. They fail to pay for completed surveys. You contact support (handled by ** ******* and they simply string you along. I completed a survey 5/25/22 and when I did not receive a check, I contacted support who initially informed me that I was screened out. I told them I completed the entire survey, and even sent them a screen shot of the final thank-you screen at the end survey, an then I was then told they would have to look into the issue. Then on 8/4/22 I was told that they did have a record of my completion and I should receive the " honorarium details in 1 - 2 weeks as soon as the new batch is processed." A few weeks later I still had not received a check and contacted support and on 8/24/22 I was told " I just received an update from the accounts team that the incentive for study: ******** was processed as a cheque payment in July." I informed support that it was already mid August and I still have not received a check. Support sent me an email on 9/8/22 and said, "I just received an update from the accounts team that - they processed a physical cheque on 11th Aug 2022 " and it was sent to my address. I again contacted support to inform them that I had NOT received the check and to please issue a new one. On 9/11/22 I received an email from support " Sorry we couldn't locate your participation in this study. Months of run around, lies and deception and I have never been paid. To make matters worse the same thing happened last year, and the excuse was that there was a glitch with their system and personnel issues due to covid-19 and foolish me I believed them. Avoid this IPSOS and ********************* Network at all costs, this is a poorly run company that has no integrity, is unethical, and should not be trusted.
