  I've been a subscriber since early 2022. The product is ok. I also tried to get a refund at the start and they were a little slow in responding, but I just wrote that off to them being a new company that was probably a little overwhelmed. But I persisted asking for a refund and they ended up offering an upgraded deal at no additional cost that I couldn't refuse.

  a representative called today from tradealgo at my mobile phone number *73 9*0 0*** to sell their product and he kept repeating the promotion price as one ninety nine, to which i thought he meant **** not 199. because 199 is one hundred and ninety nine and **** is one ninety nine. after speaking to me for few minutes he sent a link which i opened to singup and i noticed the price was $199 and i asked him about it. he said nobody else ever got confused about it. i said im not interest since i thought he meant **** and not 199. he told me have a nice one. there are two issues first he was misleading over the phone. he wasted my time and seemd like he simply called to harass and play mind games over the phone. in the end i was right and he was wrong. 2nd issue is he said have a nice one. i dont know where professionals speak like that. that is more a non official language or non corporate language. he should have said have a good day or after noon, etc.

  This company is a scam, they do not refund!! I have requested a refund and they doge calls and do not return calls or emails. They are liars and they and scammers. And I can prove this.Negative 7 stars, not 1 star

  I have also been trying to get my refund and nothing from the bisiness as customer service and the refunds debt stop reponding to my emails and when I call I get sent to an answering machine for the refund debt. Someone needs to look into this business.There was a 6 month money back guarantee and I cancelled way before that time.

  They say they have a 6 month money back guarantee. No questions asked. I requested the money back. Was told to send the request to return@tradealgo, was later told it was returns@tradealgo. Was told I would receive my money in 10 to 15 business days. Never received. Was told there was no return request filed. Even though I had an email. Then after getting a run around I was told it would be 45 days to get a return. Then I was asked why I want a refund and they are now trying to sell me a different package.I just want my money back

  Trade Algo offers a no questions asked refund. However, it's been two months and I've yet to receive a refund. All I've received is an email about their having problems with their ************** They are a scam organization, that should not be in business.
