    I am a healthcare provider. I received emails from the Medefield company seeking my opinion for completing surveys and offering me over $700 for the time I spent, which the company is not paying. I asked for the money in December of 2024. To emphasize: the Medefield company sought me out for my time. I did not seek the company out. Medefield's website lists no human contact person. Medefield's phone number is never answered and goes to a voicemail with no human speaking and with no human contact listed. There is no ability to communicate with someone other than by email with "***** ******" who apparently is not a real person. There is no explanation offered for why the company is not sending the reimbursement it offered.There are other healthcare providers in the same situation. Apparently, Medefield is scamming healthcare providers offering to pay them for time/work but then not paying the healthcare providers afterward. The company's advertising tactics appear to be fraudulent. The persons behind this bait and switch advertising should not be allowed to continue doing this to other people.

    The issue has not been resolved.  I received an email yesterday night (7/9/2025) from *** ****** ******* saying that he will resolve the issue.  I can provide a further update when I have one.  I am responding now to comply with with the timeline of communication rules established by the BBB.

    Hello,I completed a survey for Medfield titled "Share Your Insights: Primary Immunodeficiency (PI)" on April 29, 2025. Reference #: ********* - *******). The promised honorarium for the survey was $170. I finished every physician question with diligence and provided ******** with valuable information. The physician portion of the survey was listed as complete. Then the survey froze before I could add two patient cases over 5-10 minutes.Upon noting that no compensation was provided, I sent several (six) inquires to ********. Initially I was informed that "we are looking into your query and will respond to you with our findings as soon as possible." Then I was notified that "your answers were not registered on our side" and that I need to restart the survey from the first question. However, the link provided was not valid. In the end, I was informed that "the study is now closed" and no compensation will be provided.I am a board certified pediatrician with 30 years of experience. I have participated in several thousands medical surveys over the years. Not once have I not been compensated as advertised for the work provided. My professional time is valuable, and I feel that in this instance I was wronged and that Medfield discounted my complaint. I do not want this to occur to any other of my colleagues. Thank you.

    I completed a medical survey for $55 honorarium. The honorarium was never awarded and the company was unresponsive to my emails. The screen shots below prove that I completed the survey

    I have worked with Medefield America ***** (also called HAB/Medefield) for at least 20 years. Primarily doing surveys for which I was paid. On March 5th I received an email from HAB/Medefield stating that there were two surveys available. One of which stated ***** five minutes Earn $20! So, I completed the survey, and at the end of the survey, the next screen simply notified me that I would be placed in a drawing for a potential $200! This has never happened in the past 20 years. This is nothing other than bait and switch to trick and deceive their clients. It is my belief that they did this with a short survey hoping that busy physicians would forget about the $20! However, this is just wrong and I believe they should be stopped, because if they are not, they will then graduate to other larger studies. I complained and I received an email stating that they would credit my account $20, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours and has not occurred.
