  There are several paid survey websites available for health care professionals. I have signed up with many and have been with them for years. Not one of them has ever asked me to submit more than my medical license. This is public knowledge so I dont mind. After signing with Sermo for a 5 months they locked my account and wanted me to submit my license again, DL or Passport to verify me after I had already verified my licensure. Then they tried to withhold payment for surveys *** already completed for declining to submit the requested items. I replied that they couldnt do that. They stated that it was in compliance with federal law or something. Then why doesnt all the other survey companies, including Med***pe request it? But also why not asked up front when people are signing up so they can make the decision if they want to continue with signing up? They also said that accounts were randomly selected to submit the request info, lol so not everyone has to submit it?! Seems like youre targeting certain HCP. They also said if I didnt comply they would close my account. I was fine with that. Whole thing seems suspicious. In a time when hackers are trying to gain access to everything, that information should only be requested if amount earned is reportable for tax purposes and again Ive never been asked this from other survey companies.

  I have been a member of Sermo for over 20 years. Sermo is much more then a survey company, it is a a Globaol Leader in physician networking that allows doctors to communicate with each other on a variety of topics in over ************************************************************************************************** the medical field than other doctors. Networking can help you stay on top of pertinent trends in your medical field or specialty, networking with other doctors gives you a sounding board of perspectives similar to your own. Other physicians are keenly aware of the problems and concerns that you face as a doctor and will be able to give you advice that is rooted in their own experiences. Sermo is invaluable because it reaches far and wide, as it allows you to communicate with leading experts and key opinion leaders around the world. Sermo physicians, have access to the worlds largest drug ratings database. Sermo also has an educational case study presentation site which is which an invaluable learning tool. Sermo insights presents medical news on a daily basis. The market research surveys is a part of Sermo and in twenty years I have never had a problem with payment. Sermo offers CME education for physicians as well. My daughter, ******* just started practice and the first thing I did was recommend her to join Sermo. ***** management team is without doubt the best ! Mr. ******************* is a listening leader, a CEO with a vision and compasion to make Sermo a Global Leader in Physician Networking. Like ***** and ********** he knew how to use the power of the internet so that health care professionals around the world could leverage all the powers of the Internet to improve patient care.

  I am very satisfied with Sermo, it has *** an excellent source of side income. The user interface is very easy and emails come to my inbox to remind me. I had minor issues getting in touch with support but ******** has been a great help with that!

  Sermo has become a scam mechanism to extract physician information for free. Having participated for years, I now find that many surveys allow me to begin the screening process and provide a great deal of detailed information. Then, ** told the sponsor has achieved a maximum number of participants so you dont qualify. This is obviously a mechanism to get information without having to pay the participant. If the sponsor has achieved maximum participation, that should be told to the participant immediately upon clicking start. This is transparently fraudulent.

  If you would like to spend your time working for nothing, then this is the company for you. I did a survey, waited to get paid, sent an email asking where my compensation was, and NOTHING. What they did do is email me more offers for surveys. As for the money owed me, I am still waiting. This company wants professionals to do survey work for them? Maybe they should consider the way they do business first.
