      This business is a scam for promoting $50.00 treatments spa week specials in April and October. After purchasing gift cards specifically to use for this advertisement, nothing was ever offered for April. I emailed *********** customer service and they said they weren't offering anything after all,but still promoting it!Don't waste your money on these gift cards believing you will get $50 treatments! I would give a zero star if I could.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I got this card for Valentines Day and can not use it. Everyplace that was listed where I could use it was permanently closed or does not accept it or has never accepted it. One salon even said they never accepted it and was surprised they were listed. This is a total scam. My husband got it at ******* ******* ****. Total scam. I even called them and you cant get anyone but a voicemail. What kind of business is this? That only has a shady voicemail and not people working. DO NOT BUY FROM SPA ******** or any of their gift cards! Buy from the actual spa instead.

      zero stars is what this company deserves. They are a fraud. I have never used my card but yet my balance is zero. The number on the back of the card does nothing but direct you to a voicemail. The site is never updated. Few places actually take this card, What an absolute joke and a waste of $. There is no way to get aghold of this company and they do not return emails. Buyer please beware@!!!!!

      As of July, 2023 the *******.com website has not been updated to reflect the spas that accept their gift card. I am unable to utilize my gift card at the 10+ locations that I have contacted to confirm usage. A lot of places listed in the ***********, ********** area are either closed permanently or no longer do business with ********.I have contacted ******* multiple times, to no avail. They do not issue refunds and were unable to refer me to a reasonably located venue for spa services. I am thoroughly disappointed that they are unable to service my spa needs and do not provide an alternate means for me to use my already purchased gift card.

      If I could give ZERO stars....This ******* Gift Card seems to be a total SCAM.I have not been able to find a business that accepts the card.Total waste of money to buy these gift cards.I received this gift card as a birthday gift- it is totally useless. Buyer Beware- SCAM.
