    Nothing overly fancy, just does what its supposed to do. I get email notifications when people message us through the website chat, and some have turned into appointments. I dont think we wouldve caught those leads otherwise. Not sure about all the other features but the basics are solid.

    Not everything went perfectly smooth in the beginning but to be fair, our setup was a bit complicated. Once things got going, the system did what they said it would. The chat picks up leads, and the review requests helped us bump our ****** reviews from 21 to 49 in about 3 months. No real complaints.

    We went with DearDoc mostly for the reviews tool. Our patients love the care but were not leaving reviews before. This helped. Weve seen more come in and its definitely helped us stand out in local searches. ******* from their team was helpful during onboarding, but I mostly work with their support chat now if something comes up.

    I was hesitant at first, but Ive now been with DearDoc for two years. Ive seen more patient inquiries, more online visibility, and more ****** reviews, without asking patients in awkward ways.
