      I signed up for synup to update my business listings and upon upgrading my account i found it challenging to get the ****** business or ******** to connect as they now require and from the assistance of AI because they have not yet answered my email and i tried and tried to get the account connected to the location that i am trying to sync and it says it cannot fetch the accounts and they are connected and confirmed and most services once you manually add your business information it begins syncing it appears they have changed and you have to connect your account to your location and wait until they fetch all the listings and then add them to your location. I was unaware of this at the time of signing up for their service and wish to receive a refund and the account canceled its not working there are fetching errors and no listings found and i Do no wish to ever use this type of service and you cannot get a response to their support team as they created a ticket but no answer i waited for a reply before reaching out to the bbb after spending hours trying to read their instructions on their website about this new way of trying to connect the account to the location which will not with errors and yet no reply form their support team i have had to try to figure this out myself and i have the account setup correctly and connected and confirmed and errors fetching accounts and no listings they all disappeared when i upgraded and purchased the premium listing plan of ***** a month and i have nothing this is not good service anymore and there are better alternatives for listing management services to update business online directories than this new connection and error issue after you make your payment and upgrade and not have good support and prompt email assistance.

      I canceled membership several months ago and they still send me emails saying I owe them money. I called 30 times before I could get someone to answer. He said he would call back or email within 15 minutes when I told them I had been trying to call for weeks. I would never recommend a business like this and I never would have used them to begin with had I known how they treat people. Absolutely a bunch of people who just don't care about the customer.

      Account cancellation has been requested 4 times in writing without response. No work on our account has ever been provided. Initially, the response to our cancel request was to book a call to discuss additional features which was repeatedly declined. We continued to assert our wish to cancel. The company then stopped responded to all emails. We have sent multiple requests since August to cancel and to stop billing our card, all of which has gone unanswered. No contract is in place, and no response to requests.
