    Date of surgery: July 5, 2022 Purpose of surgery: wisdom tooth surgery Amount I paid: $1870 Complaint reason: When they checked my insurance they said ************ on my network and insurance will be covered for 90%, but I have to pay full amount $1870 first and waiting for insurance refund. My teeth was painful so I agree with that and trust them. But when I received the bill the insurance said that doctor wasn't in my network, which means I was scammed by that doctor and office. When I call them for confirming and arguing on price, they just hung up my phone What I want: I want to report them as a scammer, I also want my money back or have discount on price cause $1200 (after my insurance covered a part) was too expansive for me, and if they told me the truth I won't choose out-network doctor for surgery.

    I received a letter from BBB regarding a customer complaint.  I have since communicated with the customer and all is resolved.  Please fell free to contact the customer so that the complaint can be removed.  I do not think there needs to be a response on our end of things if the customer is willing to take it down.  Please go ahead and contact her directly.
