    I purchased the Ziva Online meditation course on 5/21. It twas an advertisement on InstaGram. The seller provides a 30-day money back guarantee. Unsatisfied with the product, I requested a refund within the 30-day window on 6/16. I didn't receive a response or acknowledgement. I emailed again on 6/19, 6/23 and 6/25. The only contact option the company provides is an email address: ***************************** and that's what I used. I feel like they are waiting for me to give up. There is no auto reply or any acknowledgement that they are working on my claim. I think they are just stealing money from people. I paid $315.21 for the course.

    Upon receiving your notice today we investigated in our inbox and call history but were unable to locate previous messages from *****. We searched under her name, email and phone number but were unable to locate previous communication from her (see images attached).

    Following the notice we received, we immediately processed a full refund of her purchase and emailed her the details and information. See the invoice with the refund information attached. Our team has communicated the full details with the customer and has offered to speak with the customer over the phone if she would like to communicate further.
