    My Grandfather is 94 years old and with Dementia. On 2/15/2023 we walked into the above office because we had 2 home care orders that needed to be signed by my grandfathers Doctor in order for his services not to be interrupted. The secretary at this location 1. Refused to take the documents without a payment. 2. They charged me $20 per document.REQUESTED CASH ONLY and NO RECEIPT as a confirmation of payment. I WAS TOLD I WILL BE GETTING A RECEIPT SENT TO MY PHONE however i never did. 3. Even after i paid $40 in total they completely disregarded the stated deadline on the document which was 2/28/23. I was told the minimum wait time for the doctor to simply sign the document was 3 weeks. Even after emphasizing we needed the documents by the 28th of February, otherwise the **** care services provided to my grandfather were going to be interrupted for 1 year and 6 months if not returned by 2/28/23. I was completely disregarded, told to call and speak to a manager. I would call everyday to speak to someone and i was told every time they were going to call me back. I never heard from anyone back. On the day of the 28th, the social worker on my grandfathers case was still calling me asking me for the documents. I was told to go pick up the documents the next day and once there they completely refused to give me the documents because they said i had to wait for it, even tho i was told to go pick it up. Till todays day i haven't received the original documents back, i still don't understand why i had to pay $40 on behalf of my 94 years old grandfather. I think is the least to say we are currently looking for another doctor, that can provide the health services and professionalism an elderly patient deserves. The treatment at this clinic is unacceptable, unprofessional and abusive and disrespectful for peoples time. We also had an appointment with my grandfather at 11 30 am , we arrived at 11am and we were seen at 2pm, doctor saw my grandfather for 2 minutes and sent us our way, disregarded the fact that my grandfather had just been released from being hospitalized and ask for blood work for 2 months after the appointment took place. That goes to tell you how negligent the people running this clinic are. My only hope is for someone to really read these and take actions on behalf of our elderly loved ones that can have and only rely on us. Looking forward to hearing from someone soon.
