    I signed up for evening training classes (Monday-Wednesday) with the school. The schools administrator *************************** was unable to retain instructors for those days. The last two weeks of the program the administrator ******* decided to move the classes to the weekends, and I explained to him I can not attend weekend classes because I work and have my son to take care of. He stated if I fulfill my balance he will have someone ******* my comprehensive exam on a Monday or Wednesday, because I already work in healthcare and know the material and have the experience. I paid my balance in full on March 22, 2024. I spoke with ******* on April 1,2024 and he stated hes not giving me the comprehensive exam during the week and things dont work the way anyone promises and during the conversation he was yelling at me and he hang up the phone. I was able to let him know that I never signed up for weekend class and if he cant fulfill his promise he should give me a refund because I paid $1400.00 for no reason, because Im out of a certificate for EKG and Phlebotomy and a job I was going to get for my current work place.

    This school is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. They offer medical courses to students with a strict policy in place which they fail to commit to. They accept students money toward courses in which they have no instructor for, no set class scheduling, no reliable administrator to communicate any information in regards to classes and or scheduling. The administrator *************************** after accepting students payment refuse to assist students with any issuses that *** arise during the course of classes, he doesnt return phone calls, he doesnt respond to emails and or follow up with any complaints. When students express their dissatisfaction with the school he refuses to process any refunds and try to convince you to pay more money. Please be careful with this school and the administrator who refuse to address any issues.

    Good morning please I will like the claim to be reprocessed so that the business can respond or try to resolve this matter. I was a student and I made payments during that time which I am *********** a refund for however the business isnt communicating with me. *** reached out to them on several occasions via email and telephone however the administrator doesnt respond. Im sorry if I was a bit confused when completing the claim upon entering no settlement because I didnt see it necessary to go as far as suing the company, however I am seeking a refund for the funds that I paid. If you need any documentation to support my claim Including the refund policy I signed at the school along with multiple emails I sent to the business in attempt to resolve this matter I can send them to you.  Thank you *** much for responding.
